My son wanted to participate in the Wigs for Kids Program. We told the lady to cut it shoulder length. Well, she cut it just below the chin, straight across and flipped up at the bottom like a bell! He had plenty of extra length so there wasnt a need to cut that short. But the bell- it looks ridiculous. A seasoned and well trained stylist would have known to leave extra hair to accommodate for styling. She should have never allowed her male client to walk out with that haircut. After the initial cut for charity, he should have been offered the option to have it styled and I gladly would have paid for it. We now have to find a salon tomorrow to fix his hair. Unfortunately I don't know the name of his stylist so I have to give the whole establishment a bad review. We will never return there again.

Best haircut for the prices here. Awesome people who know what they’re doing and get you out quickly. My first thoughts were, cheap haircut looking cheap. I was wrong, I get good looking haircuts at fair prices. Jay is amazing, she knows my hair and gets it right all the time, keep up the good work.

10.99 sale that we walked in unexpectedly and only announced when we walked into the store, but it cost 30.98 for two. I'm not sure how that is possible. Okay still with a cheaper price I guess

The hair stylist the first time kept wiping his nose with his fingers and then putting said fingers back into my hair. I couldn't wait to get home and shower because I felt so grossed out. The second time (trying to give it another shot) I had a woman who messed up my haircut while refusing to listen to me about how I wanted my hair cut. I understand some hair stylists have a fear of cutting short hair and I see it a lot. No reason to give me a choppy fade and crooked haircut though! I was not satisfied at all. I don't even want to go back and try to get it fixed incase I end up with the unhygienic hair stylist again.

Sent my husband to get my 16 year old daughters hair trimmed. They initially told him $80.00 total. He was confused by the pricing and so they said would do a $22 cut and $8.00 shampoo and add $25.00 to "style" her medium length hair. It's thin and pin straight, there is no styling at all. No curls, no shape,no waves, no additional layers ... nothing. Essentially, they charged $25.00 extra for 5 minutes to blow dry her hair. I have no issues paying for services that are worth it but this was just wrong. Never again. Does this look like a $55 cut AND style ... plus tip?
