I had my haircut this morning and wasn't very happy. She was very nice but just got out of school a month ago I was very nervous. She was very nice but it wasn't a very good cut I worked on it when I got home.

At 3:30pm today, I walked in, and the assistant manager was just sitting there in a salon chair on her phone ignoring my existence. A different stylist called me back, luckily. A minute later, another customer walked in, and the assistant manager was still sitting in a salon chair on her phone ignoring customers. She then noticed the man after several minutes and told him that he can’t just sit there without telling anyone that he came in. She was on her phone ignoring customers!!! She shouldn’t have said that. It was her fault for being rude. She then had the nerve to say it AGAIN to the gentleman. Rightfully so, he got up and left. Check your camera footage at 3:30pm on 7-14-25 to see for yourself. Then, she had the nerve to complain about the customer after he left. She’s very unprofessional and is good enough reason not to go to the East Gate Mt Laurel Great Clips near the Moorestown Mall. She should be reprimanded for losing customers. And she’s the assistant manager??? I’m sure you can find an assistant manager who doesn’t lose business for you.

I recently got my haircut with Christin, and I loved it! She asked me how I would like my hair cut and checked in during the haircut to make sure I was happy with how it was going. She also made helpful suggestions, and I really appreciated how kind and friendly she was throughout. I would definitely recommend getting your haircut with her!

If you don't have white people hair do not come here. They don't have flat irons just a blow dryer . Don't get your hair dyed here either, the request to detail they can't get down. Dont bring your kids here. I repeat Do Not Bring Your Kids Here. I would know, I got my hair messed up here yrs ago and again when I got older . Don't trust the process.

Wait time is alright, but I asked just shave the front a little above the eyebrows but instead they shaved it all the way up half my forehead when all I said was right above the eyebrows.

This is the second time that I have received a haircut from this Great Clips, although the first time was a monstrosity, I can say this time was anything but the sort. I had the pleasure of Tanya cutting my hair. She was absolutely great, no pun intended. Her customer service was fantastic and the haircut that I received was just as good!!

I have been to this shop several times.
Every time it has been a horrible experience.
The manager is extremely rude.
I have had to take my son to get his hair fixed after every cut.
I like the prices I will try another location hopefully it is better.
