Placed an order to be shipped to the store on 13 MAR 25. The order was scheduled to arrive at the store 21 MAR 25. Received an email and phone call that the order was ready to be picked up by 21 MAR 25. I attempted to pick up said order, and it was incomplete. 40 % of the order was incomplete.

This store is fine if you know what you want and can find it by yourself. Don't waste your time trying to call them. It takes at least 5 minutes to talk with someone who will put you on hold indefinitely. I think they have a contest among the employees to see who can keep someone on hold the longest.

I had a pinched nerve but needed pavers for my handyman last minute. A young gentlemen Jason in lawn and garden helped me load onto cart and place in my car. He didn’t need to do this but it was greatly appreciated during this time of need. Thankyou so much Jason
