Placed an order to be shipped to the store on 13 MAR 25. The order was scheduled to arrive at the store 21 MAR 25. Received an email and phone call that the order was ready to be picked up by 21 MAR 25. I attempted to pick up said order, and it was incomplete. 40 % of the order was incomplete.

Do not use their door design service. Gave them exact measurements of the rough opening for a screen door and entry door provided by my contractor. Entry Door fit perfect, Screen door was sized too large. Went back and the first things out of their mouths is that they don't do returns for custom doors. I said you actually designed it based on measurements given, they said "thats our policy". No "sorry", no "what can we do to help," just "thats our policy". Don't trust their expert designers, they screw up, you take the loss.

I called Home Depot tonight needing to know how or what recommendations they have for me to glue together a silicone dildo of mines. Sadly, the associate accused me of playing on the phone when my question was extremely legitimate. She even went as far as hanging up on me. I called back a male answered. I asked for the store manager, the male that answered identified himself as Frank, until I told him that I was Recording him on my GoPro. He switched up the conversation to say his store manager’s name was Frank, but he was saying that he himself was Frank as he was playing along with the other associate in the background laughing and making fun of me. I am now thinking about suing this company for pain and suffering damages. All calls should be taken seriously. This took place Feb 28th 2025 at 6:20pm eastern standard time. I’m gonna upload the call to my podcast so all their customers can hear just how rude they are. No one absolutely no one disrespects me or my dildoe. It’s my prerogative if I wanna glue it back together or not and nothing about this happens to be a game. Shame on this store!!!

I was shopping in the store.i had to use the restroom . Usually home depots have clean restrooms. This one had 2 stalls for the whole store.
And believe me, they were nasty.
Stay away from their restroom. Unless you wanna catch some kind of disease

This store is fine if you know what you want and can find it by yourself. Don't waste your time trying to call them. It takes at least 5 minutes to talk with someone who will put you on hold indefinitely. I think they have a contest among the employees to see who can keep someone on hold the longest.

Just when you think they can't get any worse. Placed a simple online order for pickup, charged my credit card, never received pickup confirmation or any contact from home depot. Nothing. They are happy to take my money without providing and service. Now I have to cancel my order and ensure refund processed. This is one bad incident of many that occured recently. Done with this chain!

Just returned home from HD while shopping with my 2 small children and husband. Though this location is well stocked , I find their customer service and ability to appropriately interact with the public appalling. During our shopping for Christmas decorations. I needed to use the restroom ( I am 6 months pregnant) I asked one employee wearing a DH apron where. The restrooms were , and he stated they were in the back of the store , wards the center . I started walking in that direction leaving my husband to checkout . I found an area that i thought was where the restroom was located and started to walk in seeing many other people who had 0 indication that they were employees walking in , assuming they too were customers. I was stopped by a man in a red and black plaid shirt and Santa had and told angrily to leave. I started I'm just looking for the restroom Another man walking by said "oh, it's the next door down " I said oh, ok.thank you . The man in plaid was nothing but rude and I don't appreciate being approached on that manner as if i'm doing anything unlawful. When I'm visibly pregnant and in urgent need of a restroom. HD employees really need to be retrained in how to interact with their customers. I'm never returning .

Willing to drive to another state I ordered 2 cans of deep base paint (only at THIS store) a paint brush and some blue paint tape online 5 hours ago and it still has not been fulfilled. Bristol store would have had this ready for pickup hours ago. Wanted to head over after work but it's not ready. Come on man. For Real... Everything I want is in the paint department. It's only 3 aisles and what I want is in 2 of the 3. This is ridiculous. Debating if I should cancel my order and just go pick the pieces myself.
This defeats the purpose of online shopping / pickup.

This is no joke. Happened on Lowe's site, now Home Depot. Looking at prices, researching. Mowers. One bagger went from 479.00 to 579.00 within 30 minutes

Everybody in here is an expert in their field for the most part. Very helpful when you need to get a little bit of guidance on a project. They're also present and easy to find- and if they don't know they'll help you find somebody who does. I always liked this store - ever since Builders Square closed. Keep up the good work!

No no no they wonder why their company is not making money you go in there and their is no one to assist you have 1 employee for a whole section more cashiers than anything I looked around the store before waiting 20 min then walked out going to the Bristol store where I know I’ll get plenty help no no no for Mt laurel store

I bought an outdoor well Light low voltage LED. When I bought the item I bought it with a few other items totaling close to $800 to do the job. When I got to the job site and started tearing into the equipment that I bought to do replacement I noticed that one of the boxes had a used box and it was not a new one. I finished the job two days later figured to bring it back when I bought it back at the return desk they did not want to return my money because they thought that either meet with a customer put an old unit Inside the Box and try to return it that way claiming that that's not how they operate that they look at every box that comes back from Return which is a lot. I've returned many items and all they ask me is if I had a problem with the unit and if you say no and it's intact they throw it into the bin. It is not fair and not a good thing to be called a liar in front of other people. I spoke to three ladies and they all had the similar attitude looking at me as though I was a criminal. All I do is buy at Lowe's to try to give them business when I can go to Amazon and return it with no problem whatsoever and never harassed that I put something inside the Box that didn't belong to them and that is the way I've received it God's honest. Check your boxes check your merchandise make sure that what is in the Box is the item you want to purchase if you purchase at Home Depot.
