Wonderful people! Anything I need even if it’s not in store - they can easily get it. I was even offered a water while I was shopping - just thought it was a nice touch because what other hardware store does that. I’ve actually even gotten some gifts for people here. They have great lawn accessories especially around the holidays.

Tired of big box shopping? Longing for people who know what they have, where it is, and how to use it? J&J Hardware is a hidden jewel! Shortly after moving to Mt. Laurel, less than a year ago, we needed many "things". Can't tell you how often I was sent to forage for some "thing" I knew nothing about but headed to J&J, told someone the name of said "thing", and was led right to it. WHAT A RELIEF! It's amazing they can keep track of so much given the aisles are narrow, shelves are high, and everything is FULLY stocked. Reminds me of the hardware stores I used to visit with my dad. Okay, enough. Just visit. You'll be hooked!

Great neighborhood store!! They carry more than you would ever think a small store would. The service is great. The staff is friendly and helpful. We've been going there for around 38 years and have never had a problem. Thanks J & J.

Tony's store is convenient and I try to go there first before Home Depot or Lowes for certain stuff.

Great customer service with attentive and knowledgeable staff. We go here for hardware, plants, and getting keys made or our screen door repaired. Much quicker and more pleasant experience than going to the big box stores.

The owner started off nice... I then decided not to buy painting after realizing they were missing a color I needed. I had brought the paint to the front and after just trying to buy the brushes he kicked me out of the store. Horrible way to do business and even worse customer service. Just wanted some brushes for a project at home.

Terrible customer service. No paint selection. Rude employees - especially owner. Went here before trying the big box stores so I could buy local, but after my experience will stick to the chains. Bummer.
