i asked for squoval nails and they gave me short square wide tip nails and then made me wait over an hour to go to a different nail tech because mine couldn’t do designs and then they refused to give me a discount. not the style i wanted and was there for 2 hours. very unprofessional. will not be returning :/

Have been going to Jerzee nails for 4 years with standing appointment every 3 weeks. Someone took my name out for an appointment & when I came in said “Sorry we make mistakes. Instead of trying to figure it out. One of the owners treated me in an ignorant way. Yelling in front of customers. Stay away they have 0 respect for loyal customers

Been a customer of Jerz Nails for 10+ years and always walk out incredibly pleased! They have great customer service, always accommodating to their clients needs, and willing to do whatever it takes to make them happy; even if it means working through lunch or overtime- truly dedicated to their clients which is rare now a days! I’ve seen almost every person who works there over the years; no matter who it is they always have a smile on their face, and make you feel welcomed like family. I highly recommend them to all of my family and friends, you won’t be sorry!

lousy customer service!!! the owner is deplorable. been young for 3 years with standing appointment every 3 weeks. they took my name out by mistake and cant figure out how to fit me in. the owner is an ignorant woman who was screTT me in front of customers. Di Mot go here!!!!!

The distance from my home to the salon is very accommodating! Everyone here does nails extremely well! Especially the guys! They give the best pedicures in town!

Love coming to this place to get my nails done. Appointment recommended and you won’t even wait. They are quick, place is clean and prices are really good for the area. Always love how my nails look when done! Sam my favorite for shaping and design!
