I went to this store on Monday, November 17, 2025. I walked in and all of the store floor staff along with two customers were at the register. When we walked into the store everyone stopped talking and stared at us. No one said anything. I said hello and still no response. We started to walk around the store and look for a blazer to purchase but I was totally put off by the initial behavior of the store staff. We looked around for about 4 minutes before a guy that works there asked if we needed help as he was walking to the stock room. He never stopped to engage as he continued walking away asking if we needed help. We decided to leave and go to another location. As we were walking to the door 2 store staff were standing at the front of the store a didn't say anything again as we were leaving. I have never been treated in such a disregarded and disrespectful manner before. I went to the Cherry Hill location after and was greeted as soon as I walked in. I will never patronize an establishment were they treat their customers bad. I happily made my purchase at the Cherry Hill location where they treated us professionally from the door. The Mt. Laurel location needs to provide their staff with extensive customer service training. I would never go there again.

Stopped in for an emergency jacket. Calvin was excellent and got us something perfect without the need for tailoring.

The store had a great variety of options, What I loved about the store were the staff. They helped me with exactly what I needed and more importantly didn’t try and sell me things that were unnecessary. They were very professional and precise about their actions. I want to especially thank Calvin for his courteous and kind nature. He helped me to find the right shirt sizes for my wedding I’m attending! I Definitely would recommend going if you are looking for dress shirts, pants and suits. Especially at the time of writing this they have quite the sale.

I went with my brother in law to find a suit and Calvin was patient, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to find the perfect suit for him

My buddy needed a suit in under an hour for a wedding. They delivered. It was like a NASCAR pit stop - three knowledgeable employees with a palpable sense of urgency. His suit fit perfectly. Shout out to Colleen!

Great experience, got a suit off the rack and tailored in time for an event that was moved up. I thought I was going to be out of luck, but Calvin worked some magic and found a great suit that was in budget, and on time.

Pat was a great salesperson. Super knowledgeable, efficient, helpful, and friendly! I’m not into clothes shopping at all, but working with Pat was like a buddy was helping me, not a pushy sales guy. I had such a good experience with the tux rental process, I stayed and shopped for other items.

Calvin was amazing! My son needed a suit for prom and neither of us knew where to start. Calvin not only helped pinpoint my son’s likes and dislikes but also created a personalized experience! We will absolutely be returning for future purchases.

We had a great experience at Jos. A. Bank! Went in to set up a group order of suits for our groomsmen and were in and out within an hour. Patrick was incredibly helpful, patient, and thorough in answering all of our questions. He was kind, professional, and made the whole process so easy.
