The 2 girls that work at this place are not nice. Especially the one in the middle with her nasty attitude. I didn’t hear her at first and she called me out on it. Slap some smiles on your face.

I’ve visited this branch 2x in the last month. The first time i gave the place grace as maybe it was just a busy or bad day for the employees there. However upon my second visit the environment was very bleak. The receptionists were very cold and almost rude in a way. I went to ask a question as i was new to here and was very rudely scoffed off and told to sign in in order to be helped. The younger phlebotomist was great and very likable but the other phlebotomist was the very opposite. Very cold and dry and complaining how she wanted “work to be over already cause she’s tired of dealing with people” that day. I understand rough days but you can’t say that in front of patients at an establishment that serves people’s needs and are supposed to be trusted with your care. I really hope that the owner or management can find some new people that actually want to work there so that this location can be liked again. The low reviews speak for themselves. LabCorp can do better for this location.

Waiting over 1/2 hour to be called for blood draw which I had an appointment for. Many walk ins taken ahead of me. The front desk explains the order of patients seen on the screen in the waiting room. I'm the first patient listed. She proceeds to call 4 other people back.

This is by far the best place to go to have routine. Blood work done and/or any other type Testing. Very professional, clean, efficient, and just old-fashioned friendly. They really care about their patients here and it shows.

Miserable. Girl at front desk complaining that my provider sent me at 2:15 said she has to get out and go to Walmart. If you don’t like your job- DONT WORK IN HEALTHCARE.

Never coming back to this branch. It's been a week since I had blood work. The results were passed on to my doctor but nothing has shown up for me on MyChart nor on the Labcorp website. Had to come back physically to request my results and still they could not help me

The lady that did my lab work went above and beyond!
But the Front desk lady with short black hair and glasses is super rude from the moment you walk in! If you are not happy at your job, at least fake it or quit!
Way to ruin the experience for me. Please let me know what days she is off to schedule my labs on those days.

Title: Unpleasant Experience at Front Desk
My recent encounter with the front desk attendant left much to be desired. Upon entering the establishment, I was greeted with what can only be described as a demeanor bordering on discourteousness. The individual in question exhibited a notable lack of hospitality, manifesting in a smug countenance that persisted throughout our interaction. This disconcerting attitude detracted from the overall experience and left me feeling uneasy. It is my hope that such instances are addressed to ensure a more welcoming environment for all patrons in the future.

Website and front door says hours are until 2:30 pm. I showed up at 2pm for a routine blood draw and doors were locked. Lights on. So I guess you really are not open till the time noted.

You need an appointment which I made for 9:30 am. Check in was easy, I was seen promptly and service to me was excellent.

Terrible customer service.i had a order for blood work schedule my app there and I showed the lady at the front my paper work and she said they don’t take that here and that it wasn’t a lab corp paper when it said lab corp at the top of the paper there was no one there she just was being lazy n didn’t want to do anything, needless to say I had to reschedule for another location further away that was busy n there was no issue

The staff at this location is so distasteful and rude. From the moment I walked in and said good morning front desk gave me a smug look - to the moment they were calling me back and gave me attitude about being there. Was not a professional setting in the slightest.

I was a bit concerned about the low reviews at first but then realized that most of the negative reviews were years old. I arrived as a walk-in ( no appointment) at 9am on a weekday and was pleasantly surprised to see only several people ahead of me. The staff was personable and professional and the facility was clean and organized. I had a great experience ( much better than the Labcorp in my area) . I felt it was important to let people know that the low review score is misleading, and I will continue to travel 25 min to this location in the future.
