Just now sitting at mount laurel office as I took my husband for an xray ans totally moved with the generosity and kindness of Gina C the admin here. She was attending an elderly patient for past 30 minutes with so much patience and kindness. She went above and beyond to comfort them and make sure all the paper work was lined up accurately. Hats off to healthcare workers like her.

This companies billing is horrible. Every time there is a new location the account number os always changing which causes issues in my bill pay. Get 1 address for payments and give 1 acct number oer patient and leave it!

This review is for Moorestown location. I have been to Mount Laurel numerous times and had good visits but been told Moorestown is better.Well not really.They screwed up my copay and added a 0 to my credit card charge into almost $2,000. No big deal. Just reverse the charge. Just an inconvenience. Then they are running 75 minutes late but don’t want me to leave and come back. Basically keeping me hostage because it’s about their time and not the customers.

"I recently moved to the area and had the pleasure of interacting with Robin at the administration office multiple times. Her assistance was invaluable—she's incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Today, I had a test administered by Rachel, the tech with reddish hair. She was not only professional but also very nice, making the experience pleasant. Dr. Moore, whom I spoke to, was attentive and demonstrated a high level of knowledge and professionalism. I would highly recommend this facility based on the exceptional service and care provided by the staff."DDR

The women staff on the first floor are helpful, the women on the second floor could do better. Billing was frustrating. I paid out-of-pocket the day of right before my appointment & was billed 3 times 2 weeks after. I had to email & call twice to resolve it.

I have been for many pet scans but only my last PET scan. I want to Larchmont I would never go there again. The report that they wrote up was bogus. My doctor Dr. Lindenburg didn't even send them my previous scans so they had nothing to compare it to. Both of them together are just working to line each other's pockets with money. They have no regard for people's lives patients. Beware!!

I've been to several imaging place and Larchmont, Mt.Laurel is the best ! Worth the extra few miles out of the way. Organized and very, very efficient and always on time with appointments!

From beginning to end, my experience with Mt. Laurel Larchmont Imaging was nothing short of perfection. The facility looked newly decorated and furnished. If it wasn’t newly decorated, it is immaculately maintained. Very clean! The receptionist was very polite, informative, and professional. After checking in with the receptionist, the wait to be brought back to the next area for the mri was only 5 minutes. Amy had brought us back and explained everything step by step. She even helped with completing the forms. She was very sweet, professional, funny, and knowledgeable/informative. She made you feel as comfortable as possible and safe. Hats off to the staff at Mt. Laurel Larchmont Imaging!!!! Excellent group!!!! I would definitely recommend this facility to everyone and anyone. Thank you!!!

So I had two nuclear scans within one week! The nuclear tech was great but said she wd be out to tell me to leave in a few minutes and I waited 50 minutes and she never came! She did do a wonderful job with the injection ididnt even feel the needle! The nuclear techs were great! The front desk however did not understand my insurance charged me and I didn’t have a copay! I was not happy about this! Everyone was courteous but they should know more about copays and insurances! I was there just three days earlier and everything went smooth! I was also given a disc of my first scan told I didn’t need one of my second one and I did thus another unnecessary trip needed to be made back again. I guess you could say I have mixed emotions.
