I've been there a few times and they've always been great. Very helpful, very nice. It looks like they are expanding their products, so I'll likely go there more. This is how a pharmacy/small business should be run--personable and helpful!

I moved to the area a year ago and needed a new pharmacy. I hate the big box stores because they truly treat you like dirt. I called Laurel pharmacy and talked to Prit about medications I needed and from that first phone call I knew this was the place for me. He was caring, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping me. Reminds me of the old days when customer service still existed in this country. Thanks Prit, you have a customer for life!

Prit makes us feel like we’re the most important customers he has. He knows our whole family’s names, and will always go above and beyond. He even offered to drive over medication for our daughter when they were just about to close. You will not find a better neighborhood pharmacy anywhere!

I was getting one script filled at CVS for my child for a few months and was constantly having issues because my insurance would deny it, even though I was ultimately using the manufacturer’s coupon to pay at a discounted rate every time. They were not storing the coupon in their system, and when I tried calling them to remind them, they never picked up their phone so I always had to go in person with it, and then wait once again to get it filled.
Such a different experience with Laurel Pharmacy! Although it was obviously rejected the first time by my insurance, they used and stored the manufacturer’s coupon in their system so I won’t have the insurance issue going forward. This was the least stressed I’ve been getting this filled. I plan to move all my family’s scripts there! Highly recommend!

Love Laurel pharmacy! From day one they have been respectful, helpful, and supportive! Willing to do whatever to help me get my medication needs meet! Extremely knowledgeable about different brands of medicine! Definitely willing to help you work out what’s best for your budget and your health!!!

The customer service at this place is awful. Yesterday I called I had medication sent over the first time I spoke with the lady. I asked her when she had time to please call me back and give me the price of my medication needless to say she didn’t. So when I called back, I spoke with the owner. He said I had three medication‘s. He gave me the price of all three and I told him I’d be on my way now. I go to the pharmacy when I go to pick up my medicines he tells me he can’t fill them me a little upset asked him. Why didn’t you tell me that before he had me come to his pharmacy? That’s just bad business regardless if you could fill my medicine or not, let me know ! he did need to have an attitude he wasn’t pleasant and I will never step foot in his pharmacy again or customers are always first, and you refuse to do that now that’s why you’ll be last, like I said do not go to this pharmacy it’s a waste of time. Sad to say CVS sucks but it’s better than laurel pharmacy

Priten the pharmacist and owner is incredible! He goes out of his way for every customer to make sure he gets them what they need for a good price. He is what pharmacists used to be-smart, patient, efficient, and actually concerned about everyone who walks through the doors. I promise that if you go there once, you will become a forever customer!
