I'm really disappointed with LTS as a provider. Their customer service is terrible—slow and unhelpful. They just rebrand Hikvision and Dahua products, but when I needed support, their technicians took too long. The return process is a nightmare, and their prices are too high for some items. I even received used cameras that were just restocked. I had issues with customers after finding defects, and I suspect they were just returned and repaired units they want charge 20% for restocking. As a longtime customer who spent a lot, I can’t recommend them to camera dealers. I’ve switched to real professionals.

I never was a fan of LTS, because it is just hikvision equipment branded and they want you to be a partner/installer.Nevertheless the equipment is great and I needed a RMA of a recorder, they gave me no issues and fixed it within a few minutes. The service is outstanding and the people here are so nice.

Products are good but their tech support, must wait more than 30 minutes minimum on the phone... Today, I am waiting for 53 minutes..omg..When I call to Unix CCTV tech-support, it takes only 1 or 2 minutes to answer my call.Let's do it better LTS.. YOU CAN DO IT BABY..!

Good products, fair pricing but tech support is frustrating and the hold times can exceed 30 minutes.

Probably the worst company. You are treated like a walking wallet by the sales staff. Support is nonexistent beyond basic problem solving that anyone that knows their stuff in this business can handle. When they tell you they'll reach out to the manufacturer to resolve the problem, that means you'll be waiting upwards to a year for a solution or fix.
