The most useless $150+ I’ve spent ever ! Nothing useless was told to me, and after verifying my insurance not once, not twice but FOUR times. I was still told they don’t accept my insurance and I had to pay out of pocket for the visit. I am beyond livid for the below mediocre service and lack of discretion for my son’s concerns. Oh let’s not forget the money I had to waste.

Do Not Go Here! I had an appointment and I saw the idiot so called nurse Ellen Little who is an old wrinkly faced crypt keeper dinosaur trailor trash Karen so rude, clearly racist, a moron, and just plain stupid. This idiot was telling me I’m late as if I work for them. Every question I asked her she said she didn’t know, how a dummy like this was hired is beyond me. She submitted something very important wrong as well and had a nasty attitude the entire time. I reported this to CVS and the idiots there did nothing about it.

This cvs minute clinic claims they are walk in but they never take you and claim there are no appointments and to go to other places? Whats the point of writing you accept walk ins? When clearly you don’t.

Had an appointment today (Sun. a.m.) for cleaning of impacted cerumen that my regular practitioner had difficulty removing. I’ve never had this before…regular doctor suggested trying OTC softeners for a few days and then going to a CVS for an appointment. The APN, Tiffany, was friendly and was able to dislodge everything. This was actually affecting my hearing in my right ear, and I feel so much better now. I can hear well again! The appointment took about 25 minutes, start to finish.

Sorry but this is a rating for the pharmacy not the minute clinic..the lady was so rude and all I was trying to do was get the name of the supervisor so I can personally name them in a good review and she completely ruined it..who ever was working at ur pharmacy at 11 37 am on 4/9/21 needs to be retrained and taught how to deal with customers politely!! Smh

Scheduled an appointment online at 9:00 a.m., for 12:20 p.m. today. Waited until 1:50 p.m. to be told, "I don't know what happened to your appointment, but we don't have time to see you today. We have another patient waiting". Are you kidding me??!! What is the whole point of having a facility such as this if you can't be seen? My appointment was just as important as every other patient who scheduled an appointment. I will never come back to this place again. Doesn't even deserve the one star, but leaving no stars is not an option.

Lots of kiosks at the pharmacy means it usually moves quickly even when there’s a long line.
