The behavioral team is AMAZING. Dr. Shana and team are wonderful people who truly love what they do and the pets who they help. They all make that clear in the interest they've shown our dog, Gianni.
Behavior trainers Jenn and Hannah are also great. All take time to answer all questions while never making you feel rushed.
Our dog has made progress when we thought it may not be possible.
We love and would highly recommend Dr Shana Gregory and team to all!

We are very satisfied with the behavioral services by Dr Shana and her team. Our rescue cattle dog needed medication support for anxiety and we are so grateful for their knowledge and expertise in helping him be a happy and smart pup. We highly recommend them!

I would NOT recommend this place! All they care about is how fat your wallet is and how much $$ they can squeeze out of you. Pay attention to the real reviews before deciding to take your pet here!
We took our 6 yr old dog there who was having a prolapse issue, it turned out to be Lymphoma , we loved our girl so much that we decided to proceed with the best Chemo treatment with weekly visits for roughly 4 months, Doctor and techs were fine I didn't ever have any issues with the Oncology team, front desk occasionally had someone with attitude. Throughout the treatment her visits were always "looks good, boring visit, or no lymph node enlargement" good sign right... On the very last chemo treatment we were told she was only in partial remission and that we could continue with chemo or see how she progresses without.. Well the first round of chemo (w/visits and bloodwork etc.) ended up costing roughly $10,000.00, so no we could not afford to continue. And I fully understand cancer is unpredictable and is never a set-in-stone cure, we went in fully understanding that, however we only got two months with our baby after chemo. So $10k for two months. SHE was worth it! What was hard to digest was throughout treatment she was fine, cancer showing remission only to hear on the very last treatment she was only partially remised. Mind you we didn't get to go back with her when she was receiving treatment, so is it fishy? Idk.
When the cancer came back aggressively, we sadly had to make the hard decision to put her to sleep, we took her back here seeing as they had all the records of her condition, we went thru everything with the tech, decided on private cremation, we were told the cost, card was charged and our poor girl crossed the rainbow bridge.
Fast forward to October (2 mos later) ya'll are trying to come after me for $15.00 !!!!! lemme repeat that $15.00 !!! I dropped almost 12 GRAND to this place during a very hard time and you want to come at me for 15 freaking dollars??????? After everything and still loosing my pet you guys can't write-off 15 freaking dollars???????
THIS IS PRROF OF HOW MONEY HUNGRY THIS PLACE IS... PEOPLE PAY ATTENTION TO THIS!! THEY ARE ONLY OUT FOR YOUR MONEY!!

The staff here was very friendly and kind. Our fur baby had a sudden health complication, and the staff explained the situation very thoroughly and competently. They were very comforting and accommodating as we made one of the toughest decisions of our lives. I cannot thank the staff enough for the high quality of care we received.

We lost our 18 year old fur baby Lily last night and we were comforted by the compassion and care of staff. Thank you. We highly recommend Mt. Laurel Animal Hospital.

I live in Rochester NY and have a 3.5 yr old M ferret. Around 8:30 pm he lost the ability to walk and couldn’t hold his head up. No where out of the 50+vets I called could see him. The earliest was on Monday. But when I heard Mt Laurel could take him I drove the 6 hours to get him seen. I arrived at 3:30am Sun morning. The staff was so kind and sympathetic. The dr was amazing. He diagnosed my ferret with Vestibular disease. Spent 4 hours with him. Gave me 4 medications to administer and gave very detailed instructions for after care. 4 days later, my ferret is doing SO much better. Has lots of spunk and his wobbly ness has basically gone away. The 12 hr round trip was worth it. My sweet boy is much better now. 10/10 to this place

I brought my cat here for fluid in his lungs and having a positive feline leukemia test at his primary vet. We told them we were willing to do anything to have anwsers and find out what was wrong. After talking we discussed we decided to do an X-ray, do a lung tap to drain the fluid to confirm a mass in the lung, and confirm it was cancer.
After we were called back after they supposedly ran these test , we were told it was cancer and he had a mass and euthanasia was the only option.
After euthanasia and asking reviewing the bill next day , doing my own research and asking for his records it said they discussed his health history which they never did( to know he had no issues prior, no coughing, no sneezing, eating fine etc) , and there was no lung draining on the bill, no x ray retakes nor did they retest for feline leukemia to confirm what my primary vet just tested for that evening. I feel like they rushed us , and pushed euthanasia. We are devastated, and angry how in the records half of the stuff mentioned was not discussed nor tested and they did not do/offer proper test to confirm. After getting a second opinion on the results , x rays and giving them health history a vet told me more test should have been given as an option and especially to confirm the diagnosis instead of speculation.
We should have walked out but we put our trust to that vet to help us and our cat and give us answers and we euthanized with our hard anwsers . PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I can’t say enough amazing things about this place! I have brought my dogs to the optometrist, the ER, Urgent Care department, and currently working with oncology. Everyone I have come in contact with has been professional, supportive and just overall awesome. They treat the pet and the family with such care and compassion. I have unfortunately had to euthanize two of my dogs here because they both had severe onset of cancerous tumors causing internal bleeding and they both were elderly pups by this point. I currently have a dog that I adopted, undergoing treatment with their oncology department and they have just been great to work with and make sure to communicate with me all options and I never feel forced into a procedure without full understanding and permission. I am so grateful for all they have done for my four legged family members. We are military so I will be sad when we have to move in a year and not have them as an option for care of my dog.

My dog had a corneal ulcer which was out of my regular vets ability to treat. She referred me to Mount Laurel & their ophthalmologist, Dr. Enders. I am so very happy with the care we received from Dr. Enders & their staff. Literally every single person we came in contact with was courteous & kind. Dr. Enders is very knowledgeable & great at explaining things so that they make sense. My dog loved everyone he met & was not uncomfortable at all - which is no small feat for our spirited boy. The hospital is clean & welcoming. There is also an outdoor area with various fenced in animals to walk your pet around. I will be recommending this practice to family & friends. Thanks everyone for such a positive experience!

My dog is a rescued stray from Guam and is terrified of pretty much everything. The nurse and vet who saw her yesterday did everything in their power to make her feel comfortable and empowered. I cant say enough good things about this place, it is a tall task to make our dog feel comfortable and they did so very quickly.

While I would have preferred to not have to come to the emergency hospital for my sick pup, I was incredibly impressed with the kindness, rapidness and sincerity of the staff. Unfortunately, our pup had to cross the rainbow bridge, but the staff took great care of my girl while she was still with us, trying everything to save her. I appreciate their kindness and hard work during that horrible night. We opted to for a paw print of our girl, and it's honestly so beautiful. They did such a nice job creating a long lasting tribute to my girl. I was stunned. I would definitely recommend this hospital if you're in need of vet or emergency care. They really do care about you and your furry family. Plus, there is a nice farm there that you can walk around, which brought me a great sense of peace and joy during a very dark time.

I can’t say enough good things about their primary care and specialties. Having had a severely sick frenchie who unfortunately passed to now my new frenchie they have been absolutely wonderful. I started coming here when Dr Cohen was the neurologist (unfortunately he left) and then I found Dr Gilbert Gregory who is beyond amazing and literally is the reason my first frenchie lived as long as she did. Erika is our primary care doctor and she is INCREDIBLE. I drive from Philly to bring my baby here cause I trust them so much. And I can’t forget a shout out to our favorite nurse - Hannah ♥️ when my sweet Lola passed away she cried with me and I couldn’t have asked for a more empathetic and compassionate experience.

I'm always grateful for any vet that takes my concern and love for my simple 'exotic' animals (in this case, chickens) seriously, and with kindness and respect. The doctors are clear with communicating diagnostic and treatment options and nothing is started until you discuss what you're willing and able to do. Prices are high if you're here for an emergency visit, but that's not unusual for any veterinary ER, and no veterinarian is in this line of work to make lots of money -- especially with the incredible vet debt and stress they handle every single day trying to do the best they can for their patients. Expect wait times to be long because there are not enough emergency vet clinics in the region and the facility draws pets from up to an hour+ away. There are snacks and drinks in the waiting room and the staff is happy to help you find a meal nearby if you need to step out for a bite while you wait.
