If i could give a zero i would for the way the owner treats people. I have gone there for a long time and they are amazing with their quality. No issue there. But their daughter who does the pedicures sucks! Real bad!!! She gave me a 15 minute pedicure! I politely asked if that was a “rapid” one cause it was so quick and the mother/owner unleashed on me. I remained quiet and allowed her to yell and all the other customers were watching- and then when she stopped ranting i told her i didn’t appreciate her
speaking to me and that i was permitted to ask about my service and she began to yell again and i stood up and told her i would not be spoken to like that and her behavior is disgraceful!!!! I told her her daughter better have a license because I am not going to report them to the NJ state division of consumer affairs!!! How disgusting to treat a paying customer like that. We are permitted to question services we are paying for and her behavior and how angry she got was absolutely not valid nor appreciated and most importantly guilt cause she knows how awful her daughter is.! She can’t even cut in-growns- her mommy has to for her. So train her properly and don’t take your disappointment out of your loyal customers. You made a spectacle of yourself so much so that two of your customers stopped me outside and said they will never go back to you again ! Shameful - and you’re talented but not worth the lashing for asking a question!

Came in for a pedicure there were only two people getting serviced and there were four workers. The owner asked if I had an appointment I stated no the website said you accept walk-ins. She said they do not accept walk-ins and they are not accepting no new customers, which is very strange being as though the nail salon waspretty much empty

I legit just walked in for my daughter to get her nails and toes painted. and they told me to read the sign on the door… they don’t accept new customers because the sign on the door that’s barely printed and faded away how can anybody read this? How do you expect to have new clients or make money if you won’t accept new clients especially people from out of town?. I have never experienced this before. Needless to say we have been looking at this salon for two weeks and my daughter thought it was beautiful, clearly people can only window shop from the outside if you aren’t an existing customer. Sad. And have to have super vision to read this sign… sigh.

Absolutely love this place! I've been coming here for years and I’ve never had a bad experience. Tiffany , Ken , their daughters, everyone that works here is amazing . Quality products and customer service! My gel manicure last for weeks!
Also, the atmosphere is very relaxing. This is my salon ❤️.

I've known the owners of this salon for almost 15 years. Ever since my youth, Tiffany has been my go-to person for manis/pedis/eyebrow waxing. Definitely a best-kept gem in this industry, as some nail salon owners tend to be rude and strict. Best nail salon I’ve ever been too and I’ve been to plenty. Nails last 2-3 times longer than anywhere else I’ve gone and this family owned business is such a hidden gem! I guarantee once you go here you will never go anywhere else! ?? ??
