Worst urgent care ever!!! I was missed diagnosed the doctor a small Indian lady refused to test me for strep stating she knew it was viral and quickly walked out the room. I am in the medical field and expressed to her this is classic to me getting strep she refused and results came back she was wrong and I had to later on that day as feverish and sick as I was I had to go to a different urgent care where I was treated how I should have. That doctor did listen to me at all or my concerns. Horrible!!!!

I understand that waiting a long time after check-in can happen, but we had to wait for almost an hour even after entering the examination room. No one came, so I looked outside and saw a male nurse sitting there. A few minutes later, he finally came in. When we told him we wanted a flu test, he refused outright. Why? A patient’s request should be respected. His reason? Because there was already a flu patient at home—an absurd excuse. Then why did they make us check in and wait a total of 2 hours and 30 minutes? I will never visit that place again.

You have to pay your copay before you see the Dr. Yet I am still getting letters in the mail saying I haven't paid. How is this even possible. The customer service is rude, sarcastic, and apparently like to try to double bill, probably out of spite because we had an argument. Here's one of the only, maybe THE only one star review I have left out of 170 reviews. FRONT DESK GIRL...don't ever talk to customers that way.
P.S. walked in sick as a dog and the Dr. Did NOTHING to treat me. Did a strep test and Covid test and sent me on my way. No instructions on what to take, no explanation of why she wasn't prescribing antibiotics. All around horrible experience at this place.

Waited an hour and half only to be told to stretch for my back pain like I haven’t been doing that for years.

Dr. dismissed my child’s symptoms (5 days of fever and hacking cough) saying he just had a bad cold. Did not perform any testing (no flu test, no covid test, no xray, no strep swab) to rule out any other possibilities. He repeatedly said it was his professional opinion that because he heard nothing in his lungs and because his throat wasn’t red that these things just were not necessary. He wouldn’t even give the kid cough medicine. 12 hours later, my child was diagnosed by xray with pneumonia. So much for his professional opinion. Lazy and negligent.

My husband went with what he thought was a pulled muscle. They sent him to the ER by ambulance saying he had a blockage. He did not have a blockage he has an extra heartbeat. I would not trust this group

Extremely dirty and non professional urgent care. Atlanticare is a big scam urgent who charge 420 dollars for covid testing. I'd never ever go AtlantiCare

I had peace of wood the size my pinky finger nail (width and length) lodged in the soul of my foot. The receptionist was very kind, patient and answered all of my questions. when I was called back I was greeted by Ms. Jennifer MA, she took my vitals and asked for more information about my injury. She was very professional and concise. Ms. Waneta NP then came in and looked at my wound and recommended that I go see a foot specialist but first I should get a X-ray and make sure something was actually in there. The X-ray technician (I didn’t catch her name) was very nice and conversational. After looking over my X-ray, Ms. Waneta NP said that nothing was showing up and that it just might be an infected. I pointed to the little sliver peaking out of my would and asked if that was scab. She grab a light and a magnifying glass to get a closer look. She quickly left and returned with a fresh pair of tweezers and a needle to numb my foot. Ms waneta NP held my foot down and pulled while Ms Jennifer MA held the maginifying glass and light for Ms. Waneta NP. They both exhibited great teamwork on this task and I’m truly thankful for everyone who works in this office!

Went there today and had a wonderful experience. I checked in online and headed straight over. Start to finish wasn't even 2 hours and that was with a 20 minute drive there and 2 tests. Everyone was very friendly and straightforward. I feel way better than I did 24 hours ago! I'd definitely recommend them. Thanks to everyone there!!

This was my first time visiting this urgent care. The place was very clean and receptionists were professional and kind. I was feverish and felt aloof and they were very patient with me. The doctor (Erica) was very thorough and took the time to listen to my symptoms. I would definitely use this urgent care again.

The front desk staff here are awful. I regret staying when there are three more urgent cares nearby. Should have just left. But nope. I stayed and my experience got worse. Someone here announced my full name and test results to another staff in the front lobby. Noone out there needed to know.

Clean building, friendly staff… the wait is long on the weekends (as expected). I am disappointed because my daughter (5yo) and I were both seen for sore throats but not swabbed at all for anything. We were sent away with “it’s a virus from school. Stay home a couple days.” Today, my daughter had extreme ear pain and we went to a different pediatric urgent care in Mt. Holly (Virtua, highly recommend) where she was seen by a pediatric doctor. She tested positive for strep and has an ear infection, as I thought. I probably would rate the actual medical care a 3, but the staff and facility bring it up to a 4. If you have kids needing urgent care, bring them to Virtua in Mt. Holly (but make an appointment).
