ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL STAFF!!!First time experience with the Mount Laurel NJ location. I had to call my on call pediatrician today and was referred to this location by a close friend! DID NOT DISAPPOINT! The receptionists were not only caring, kind and considerate on the phone but in person their compassion really showed! They had my daughter ready for her visit before we even showed up! The nurse and the nurse practitioner were also AMAZING! Carefully listened to my concerns, her symptoms and ran tests! Within 15 minutes… RESULTS, PRESCRIPTIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS !!! This will definitely be my go to when I can’t get in with the doctor!Thank you ❤️

Very bad, I arrived at 3:20 pm, they saw me at 5 in the afternoon, I waited a long time and I left at 530 they told me that they were going to send me the prescription for a cough and I arrived at the pharmacy at 615 and they told me that now They were going to send it, I called urgent care about 4 times and they told me that they were going to send it and that the doctor was busy with another patient, which was bad because then I called and they hung up on me and they didn't give me an answer and I'm still waiting at the pharmacy for them to send the prescription for cough medicine this medicine and they still prescribed me medicine that says it is for children over 12 years old and my son is 5 years old It doesn't seem wise to me??

Came in with a broke ankle and they treated me amazingly. Lauren was a great x-ray tech i was in a lot of pain but she let let me know everything she was doing before doing it to make sure i was prepared for any pain.

I can't believe it's a $45 co-pay with BlueCross BlueShield. This is ludicrious. The people who work here are good, though. It's not their fault it costs what it costs.

I was 4th in line this morning and out within an hour. Very professional and polite. The waiting room was full when I left but the receptionists had smiles on their faces and treated everyone respectfully. The doctor was great and didn’t keep me waiting in the back. Thankful this was quick and easy and my medication was sent straight to my pharmacy.

Good place to go on weekends when everyone else is closed. I’ve been here during the holidays as well. They usually get you in pretty quick just depends on the flow of patients. Not sure why it smells like smoke at this establishment. Thought all doctors offices were smoke free? That’s the only reason they got 4 stars instead of 5

Very long waiting in reception area and inside the room. After more than one hours waiting a nurse practitioners came for few minutes. she was even afraid to touch me. I think I should informed that I will not met MD. This is first time in this place and definitely will be last time.

Lack of patience and compassion towards my 6 year old who was afraid to put ointment in his eye. When my child was visibly upset and expressed his feelings one RN responded with "you're being dramatic." The NP, Laura? and staff alike can benefit from child friendly training. Absolutly appalling experience.

I have had really good experiences here. From the front desk to the provider who helped me. Most recently the receptionist, when asking about my pharmacy, knew that my chosen pharmacy would be closed and asked to relocate it to one that she knew was open. She has always been kind and patient as I was fog headed and it was busy.The nurses are lovely, they are quick and efficiently get through the base questions so that you can be seen by a provider. It doesn’t matter which nurse I have gotten in the past I always have felt heard and taken seriously.The female (I have never interacted with any male providers) providers are fantastic. Again I feel heard and my symptoms are taken seriously and written off. I feel safe there and I don’t have to worry that, even when busy, that I won’t receive excellent care.

Have been here a handful of times when my primary doctors are not available, very professional, clean and courteous staff. Would definitely recommend using this facility.

The front desk, M.A and radiologist were very helpful and nice. The APN, Waneta Ramlall, seemed very incompetent, showed very minimal interest, completely forgot we were there and wiped our name off the board without giving us discharge papers. She did not seem to comprehend my injury and acted like we were just another room. We heard the person in the room next to us say they felt they were forgotten about as well. My self-diagnosis was better that anything APN Ramlall had to say considering that she completely disregarded my statement of a previous surgery.

Lauren at the front desk did everything she could to get me seen promptly. She was very helpful. The nurse and doctor were very kind and I got in and out as quickly as possible in those kinds of situations. One of the best urgent cares I’ve visited.

This is definitely the best urgent care I have visited. I was able to put myself on the standby list before leaving my house. The staff were caring and showed real concern for my health. Doctor Chandler is A+

Had never been to AtlantiCare urgent care before. Lauren at the front desk made check-in process easy. The wait time when I was there was minimal if any. Nurse Practitioner Sean saw me just a few minutes after I had been called into the back. He actually listened to the reasons I was there and was thorough with his examination. The script was sent right over to my pharmacy. No complaints, will definitely use this urgent care again.

Such an awesome urgent care place to go. Had to go to The Mt Laurel branch due to an accident at work. Every employee that waited on me was pleasant and accommodating from the receptionist Kim to the Xray tech Lauren and even Dr Fine. I wished there was an Atlantic Urgent Care like this one near my home!
