While I found the secretary to be very warm and friendly, I did not find this in the Therapists. If you are on Worker's Comp, please find another location. I'm guessing this or another reason for my poor treatment at times. I presented myself as friendly to try to form somewhat of a relationship with the therapists as I would attend therapy for a while. Even with doing so, I found the two therapists (Ms. Richman and the other one) to be cold and dismissive. If you want your pain to be treated as if it doesn't exist, met with snarky, sarcastic comments, and your treatment plan to be not known then this is the place for you. When I first met Ms. Richman and expressed my desire to return to work quickly, she said, "At least you want to return to work and not beat the system." What professional says this? Excuse me, but I have worked for over 30 years dear. I didn't even want to go onto Worker's Comp the doctor told me that I had to. For more than a month, I didn't go even when it was offered. So stop it! After I overheard Ms. Richman mocking my pain(she thought that she was whispering) to the other therapist and another smart comment, I refused to return. I didn't want it to get to the point where I had to tell her about herself. When you find yourself arriving at Physical Therapy refusing to go in because of cold behavior it's time to go. I'm surprised that she does this for a living because she doesn't seem to enjoy it.

Dannile is unbelievable knows what to do and works you to the max without you even knowing it. I feel so good when she is done and look forward to the next session. She gets an A+ in my book.

Nothing but positive experiences at NovaCare! My physical therapist is extremely knowledgeable and adjusts my treatment as needed to adequately address my injury. I feel like I'm finally making progress in the right direction. Highly recommend!

NovaCare is a warm and welcoming facility. The physical therapists are top notch. I was given exercises that have improved my range of motion and eased my pain within 3 sessions. I look forward to my next PT session-I feel so much better.
