Not really for customers. Yes you can drop off a package but you won’t get a receipt. This is more of a distribution center than a place for customers to be serviced.

You can not mail packages here. This location is labeled exactly the same as all other public post offices. Our local post office's self service bin was locked so we needed to find a different location to mail the box.. saw this as closest option and went. Love wasting time, especially when it's night time and you felt unsafe in this tiny, dark "customer" lot while turning around at a location that should be clearly labeled as a packing facility or literally anything but the deceptive title as all other post offices.

Impossible to get through to a human via the 1-800 number listed on google and NO local phone number given. Post man shoves packages in my tiny mailbox thus crushing mail vs delivering to my door!

Truly don’t understand why they wont pick up the phone. Infuriating. Especially when a package has an “incorrect address” and the only way to get it is to contact them. Useless. Unbelievable.

I wanted to make a quick note that on two different occassions my packages were sent to the wrong address with only one mistake being that of the Post Office.. with that in mind, Joe researched both matters and they were quickly resolved. Thank you Joe! And Thank you Mrs. Mail Carrier for identifying that you had in error placed my package in the wrong box. She came back after her shift in order to correct it. I appreciate the time taken! Happy Holidays...5 stars for sure ☺️

I want to highlight Joe for all of his help locating my package! After it was mistakenly delivered to Westampton, Joe stayed on the phone with me for an extended period of time to figure out how this happened. He provided screenshots of delivery information, time stamps and more. After we realized the mistake, he drove to the house it was delivered to (selflessly offered, I didn't ask him to), retrieved the package and is currently re-boxing it up for me to be delivered to my home. I am extremely appreciative of all Joe's efforts!

Just spoke with Will on the phone. Ordered a package with shein and I saw there was an “attempted delivery” . He was so helpful, he put notes in to help the driver find my house. He was very kind. Thanks so much !

Not a place to send packages but doesn't state so online or at site. Signs saying "customer parking/entrance" but you really must be a mail carrier.

Everyone was really nice to me when I showed up with my prepaid parcel but this is not a post office proper. It's a sorting and distribution warehouse.
