Extremely rude staff here! I frequent several different Quest locations, but stopped by here to simply drop off a lab specimen as it was convenient. The same short woman mentioned in previous reviews spoke to both me and another woman waiting with a disgustingly rude manner.
Was met with nothing but attitude, incompetence and impatience at eight in the morning and ended up having to handle business at another Quest location who helped me with no issues.
Callous “service” by staff who are untrained and follow unnecessary protocol in matters even unrelated to bloodwork; please, please avoid this location at all costs.

The shorter of the two ladies has an attitude and her needlework leaves bruising. 5 stars for the taller lady who’s there, much more friendly and kind and barely felt her needle when I was there weeks ago. Leaving 1 star today because the customer service attitude, just a little snappy and talked down to me, for absolutely no reason. Couldn’t wait to get out of there. My husband also saw the shorter of the two few weeks back and had a bruise for over a week. Don’t know their names sorry heights the only way I could describe them! Do better.

We just had the most AMAZING experience at Quest Labs by the 14 Centerton Ave, Mount Laurel NJ. Bryanna was taking blood and she made it so painless and easy. She kept my 10 year old scared daughter so relaxed and distracted. She made it so effortless and calming. I can't believe how wonderful of an experience this was.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Quest with my 3-year-old for a blood test, and I was blown away by the exceptional service we received from Brianna! She was incredibly quick and efficient, making the entire process seamless and stress-free for both me and my little one. Brianna's warm and gentle demeanor put us both at ease, and she made sure we felt comfortable and supported throughout the procedure. Her expertise and professionalism are truly impressive, and I can't thank her enough for making a potentially daunting experience a breeze. I would give Quest's database system and this location a zero rating. When I arrived for my appointment, the staff member asked to verify it but claimed she couldn't find it in the system. She was extremely rude, made no effort to look for an appointment number or assist in any way. I was treated with indifference initially, then she simply handed me a card to call customer service, which proved to be another frustrating experience.
On my next attempt at self-check-in, she didn't bother to see if the issue was resolved and just told me to call them as she couldn't see any details. Her dismissive attitude and lack of willingness to help made me feel like I was being discriminated against due to my race or ethnicity. I felt this was discrimination not because she was rude, but she was behaving normal with another customer (who Ofcourse is not a person of color).
When I finally got through on the call after long wait times and being transferred, I learned the system issue was because my last name is long! The system doesn't accommodate long last names, but there was no mention of this limitation. Instead of resolving it, I now have to wait another day for an appointment.
I would strongly recommend looking for another lab or avoiding this location entirely if you belong to a racial minority group. The staff's rude and indifferent behavior towards me raised concerns about potential racial bias or discrimination in their treatment of customers. Please stay away from this lab if you are a person of color!

Left a bruise on my arm, the staff was rude and to make the whole matter worse, responded in 5 days with no conclusion as they did not store the samples properly. Never returning there again in my life.

The tech was VERY cold and unfriendly. In fact, she was unkind. Would not recommend this facility for anyone who has any anxiety around blood work. Especially not for children. Honestly, this was the worst experience I have ever had with getting my bloodwork done, mostly due to how I was treated as a person.Also, I have a large bruise on my arm now, as she rejected my request to use a butterfly needle.
