A sincere THANK YOU, to Billy Holden, service manager @ BMW of Mt Laurel, for providing an absolutely stellar client experience. The battery I needed was on back order nationally & unavailable at most dealerships in the area. However, Billy was not only able to locate it for me, he even went the extra mile & sent a driver to pick it up & have it installed on the same day!
Again, Thank you, for a job well done!

My daughter reported 2 issues with her car. Took to BMW of Mt Laurel. Repair shop charged me for 2 diagnostic fees for $550+ and recommended $1400+ of service to repair. I asked if the fees would be dropped if I completed the service and the service agent refused. He also refused to share the diagnostic report citing proprietary dealer info. Instead a diluted report is given to the customer.I took to my local mechanic who ran his own diagnostic free of charge and explained the car needed a new battery and an oil change. Feeling burnt after being a loyal Mt Laurel BMW service customer.

John McGonigle over at BMW of Mt. Laurel was great to work with. I usually take my vehicle to BMW of Devon or Fort Washington for service & repairs, but because they were booked out over a month, I decided to go to Mt Laurel for the first time....BIG MISTAKE. They lack the level of transparency & professionalism I'm used to. My service advisor was Harvey binnig, who seemed to care more about his commission than what was best for my car. Long story short: Next time I think I'll wait and take my car to BMW dealer that offers the level of service I'm used to.

Hello everyone. I hope this review/comment will help other folks that might be asked to purchase an extended service contract here at BMW of Mt. Laurel, NJ. - RT 70 .... Owned by the Holman Group.I'll start by stating that over the years I've purchased maintenance contracts from Toyota for my Runner, MB for my E550 and Lexus for my ES... The ones that come with oil changes and whatnot .,..Purchased an X3 from this dealership along with 5 years , 60K mile maintenance contract for something like $2,700. They need to make money somewhere these days because dealers are starving.I traded the X3 about 88 days after ownership.Did not really care for the car overall. Not that it wouldn't be 'ok' for others... Just not me...Here is the amazing part.BMW of Mt Laruel (Holman Co. ) is stating that this is NOT refundable... It follows the car.Possibly this is the policy, I never have ever seen or be told this before - ever.Ethics are at play... You would like me to be a customer in the future, my wife, my cousin - The 45k people I work with. The dealerships need all the revenue they can I suppose. My Question please to other BMW owners. Is this the case with BMW extended maintenance plans.Did anyone ever buy a certified BMW and was told the previous owner gave you a gift and you have free maintenance?I might be Italian and look stupid. Most consumers would just go away I guess. Like insurance companies do to us.... Say no enough and they go away.

My wife and I had a fantastic car buying experience at BMW of Mt Laurel. Our Client Advisor, Greg Cohen, as well as the Finance Consultant, Mara Damiani, both did a great job at making sure all of our needs were met. We highly recommend anyone wanting a great car buying experience to go here.

STAY AWAY...I don't know what's going on in this service department, but most of my visits have been disappointing. Twice this year, I had to go back for something they didn't do correctly. I took my car in for transfer case problem. What's suppose to be a 2 visit process, took 3 visits because they "forgot" to do something. 2-3 weeks ago, I took my car in for routine maintenance oil, brake pads etc. Got the car back and a week later, warning light came on and said "change brake pads" and had to go back. I live an hour away, but I don't mind the drive nor the premium that they charge if the job is done correctly the first time. I'll be moving to BMW Turnersville...

I spoke with the salesman to test drive and sale of a vehicle. Had continuous communication, drove 3 hours to the dealership for them to have sold it an hour before. Don't do business with them if you are out of state.

Austin speaks to you as if you are beneath him. The initial cost was completely different when I picked up my vehicle and paid the total bill. I was given an attitude about using a coupon. 4k later and i still have the original problem with the vehicle. This is why they are called stealerships.

Please be careful of their finance Dept they lie to the consumer. I would stay away from this dealership. Twice they got me on not covered items that the finance person represented they would be covered. There will not be a third time.

Let's face it, dealer shops are expensive and exotic dealer shops are even more so. We saw the negative reviews, but when you have a BMW, be prepared to open your wallet, so the idea is to make the most of each visit and limit the need for further repairs and at least try to work with the service manager if you feel the bill is excessive. THAT SAID ... We purchased a previously leased 2016 x3. Ryan Suggs was the sales rep and we absolutely loved Ryan. But then we get to the other side of dealer relations the service dept. Granted it was a bit pricey, but no complaints from us, and we were absolutely treated well and fairly this time - as usual each time before. But I am especially thankful for Keith who worked with us on this bill, and John the initial intake rep was helpful as well though. We are retired, on modest fixed incomes, and for all we know this BMW would be our forever BMW, which is okay because we have confidence in the professionalism and likability of this Mt. Laurel service dept. -Carol (and Dave)Service: General repairs & maintenance

Debated about posting, but ultimately decided to with the hopes that management would read: I came to get my BMW service tear during Thanksgiving, 2022, and had really mixed experience.First off, the good:the service advisor was friendly, and easy to communicate with (I was able to text back-and-forth and he responded very quickly). The waiting area was also really comfortable. The service was quick. The bad:when I dropped off the car, I let them know it had a lot of sentimental value and I was willing to get done any/all upkeep and maintenance needed. Right off, the service advisor noticed that it was due for an oil change, and offered me a special oil change package they had on sale, which I agreed to. Thankfully, the oil change turned out to be the only thing that the car needed/that he recommended at the time. However, when I came to pick up the car, the price was notably higher than I expected based on the package: They had tacked on an extra $12 for “shop fees“ in addition to the price of the oil change package and the taxes.I asked repeatedly about the fee, and the advisor told me that it was “standard practice“ and there was nothing that he or the manager could do about it. When I asked why the “shop fees”weren’t already bundled into the oil change package, I was just referred to fine print on the signs that said “additional fees may apply”. What’s even worse, I when I asked for them to itemize the things that would have generated the $12 beyond the package price, he could only give me a hand waving answer about “miscellaneous small items“, “wear and tear on the tools“, etc.It feels very disingenuous to add on a BS nickel-and-dime charge and not be upfront about it. Honestly, it wasn’t that much more, so I would have been fine if they had just increased the price of the oil change package by $12, or at least been explicit about the fee upfront. On top of all that, the technician even forgot to reset the service tracker on the car. (i.e. the on-board notification that tells you when next service is due)!!!It made me worried that he did a slipshod job with all the other things he claimed were done. I was told that the reset wasn’t something that I could do at home myself, so I ended up having to bring the car back to the dealership to have this done.I also mentioned my opinion/experience to the “quality representative“ when she called me for the follow up. She apologized and said that she would speak to management to “see what they can do”, but never followed up afterwards.Ultimately:I have really mixed feelings about my experience, especially since I had purchased my car from BMW of Mt. Laurel and had previously good experiences when I used to routinely take it for servicing there from 2014-2017. Initially, I was happy to pay the higher-than-the-regular-mechanics prices that BMW Mt. Laurel charges with in the expectation they would do a better job, but this small petty stuff and my concerns about their thoroughness make me a question if I’ll come back to them again the next time.

I know there’s a upcharge whenever you get your vehicle fixed at an auto dealership, but the exuberant prices here are ridiculous ($205 per hour for labor. They explained that even if they don’t work on your vehicle for three hours, they will still charge you for working 3 hours for some reason). Moreover, the workers are condescending and unwilling to work with the customer to provide the “highest quality” they brag about on their website and these reviews. Please actually read the most recent customer reviews - their service falls flat, workers are condescending, and super expensive. There are other BMW auto shops to go to and I highly recommend anyone else other than here. Extremely disappointed and I hope no one has a similar experience.Services: General repairs & maintenance

This was a really disappointing BMW service visit. When you pay this much for service and the service doesn't live up to expectations, it leaves a bad taste in your mouth.Dropped off my car afternoon Thursday for oil change and repair...no calls for 3 days. I called then Several times they never pick up the phone. I went back on Monday thinking my car is complete. Unfortunately, they did not fix the problem on my vehicle and didn't changed the oil but still charged me $218.58 for service.

It was the most terrible experience that I ever had with the car dealers. On Saturday 14th I called them about the Audi Allroad A4 that they posted a few days ago on their website. Darnell Lacey, probably the "salesperson" confirmed that the car is available to take a look at. So I told him OK, I'll be today and I'll be coming from Brooklyn with my friend. During the drive, I called him again and gave him an ETA. He confirmed that everything is OK.When I showed up in the BMW of Mt. Laurel a few hours later Mr. Darnel told me that, you know, the car is NOT AVAILABLE!!! and there is no way to take a look at it today. Why? Because it was taken to the Audi dealer to change the oil. (Are their own mechanics so unqualified to not be able to change the oil in Audi A4... But what is for sure - sale persons aren't able to make sure the car is in the parking lot before confirming its availability.)So, basically, he told me I have just wasted my whole day and 90$ for gas and tolls. "Thank you" BMW of Mt. Laurel.Ok, I told him, that sh*t happens and asked when will be possible to take a look at it. He told me - on Monday or Tuesday. On Monday I texted him and he told that the car will be available on Wednesday. On Tuesday he confirmed the car's availability on Wednesday morning. So, I freed up my Wednesday from work and as you can expect - a few hours later he texted me again to let me know that the car was SOLD. Somebody put in a deposit without even seeing the 10-year-old car... Thanks a LOT!I have a deep feeling that the car was just being held for somebody else...PS. Just letting you guys know, that I've bought the domain bmwofmtlaurel-review.com and I'm going to put there this negative review and maybe others. I also will put all my SEO skills to make sure that everyone who searches Google for "BMW of Mt. Laurel REVIEW" will see this website as well as yours. I hope it will help your potential customers be better aware of the level of service they have to expect from you.Best regards,
