I made an appt and was told a rental would be available upon my arrival. I was told the rental was being washed and it would be 2-5 minutes. 1 hr later I asked when it would REALLY be ready and they told me just a fewmore minutes. 15 minutes later they told me it was ready. They next morning I picked up my vehicle. I had a front end alignment and an engine filter replaced. When I got in my vehicle the tire pressure alert message was on. All the tires had vastly different air pressures….. so I walked back inside for assistance and the women who checked me out seemed annoyed I had a question and sent me to my original assistant. Wow was I embarrassed!! A service man came out with me and adjusted all 4 tires. When he went to turn the vehicle tire pressure warning off my screen showed the air filter warning light on and showed 35%. I’m questioning if I really had an engine air filter replaced but to be honest I was too embarrassed to go back inside and question it. So for $549 not sure what service I actually received. Next time I will go to a different service center even if it’s a longer drive.Service: Auto maintenance

This isn't the first time I've written this review but I had to come back and rewrite it to provide an accurate insight and to explain why I'm changing it.First, I would like to say the buying process was one of the best I have had at a dealership. Sam and Rene were absolutely great people to work with and made the whole thing easy.Buying the car was a great experience but the whole thing took a bad turn real quick. I bought a used Tesla Model 3 from them and I absolutely love the car but it didn't come with a mobile charger so I could not charge at home. I mentioned this would be a problem to Sam and he assured me the dealer would reimburse me for the charger if I purchased it myself. They didn't have to but they said they would so I took them up on that and bought it myself. The short version of this is that the dealership didn't process my paperwork to apply for a permanent registration until four days before my temp tag expired. I drove around for at least two weeks without a legal registration. I called to ask about it several times and each time they told me that it wasn't their department so they didn't know but that they'd look into it. I bought the car on the 14th January, my registration paperwork didn't leave the dealer to the third party company that handles out of state registrations until the 10th of February, and I didn't get my registration until a few days ago, around the 24th of February. Worst of all, they either didn't know that it was delayed or they did know and didn't bother calling me to let me know.I got a check for a "MV" over payment, but not the reimbursement for the mobile charger. I've talked to several people there at the dealer now, including two managers (Dan and Dexter) and each time they sounded dismissive. I appreciate Rene as at least he called to tell me when to expect my registration but this is largely unacceptable. From my point of view as the customer, it was as if they treated me with the highest amount of respect and grace when I was buying a car from them but after the sale is over it seemed as if they just put my paperwork down and moved on to the next sale. I hate to have to keep calling them and harassing them over this damn check and I don't really need the money but it's the principal of it. If you say you're going to do something I expect it to get done. Your word is meaningless to me if you don't follow through.I'm updating this review because I'm tired of calling every week for an update, I'm tired of trying to get a hold of the managers, I'm tired of them ducking me. I don't fault Sam and Rene, I fault the entire dealership. So that was my experience buying a car from a dealer I've never heard of, in a state I've never been to. As it stands, I still never got the reimbursement check for the mobile charger and the managers aren't calling me back and I'm tired of chasing them down over it so I'm done. At least I finally got my registration so that's good I guess. If you're planning on buying a car from this dealer, I would encourage you as the customer to opt to do your own registration paperwork, it will suck having to do the work but at least you know it'll get done.

So I needed a daily when my truck broke. I didn’t specifically want a Cadillac but I found a used one at a good price with low miles and I rolled with it. After almost two years of only regular maintenance I’ve just now brought it to a dealer for a code… Just based on how awesome this dealer is I think I will be a Cadillac customer for life. Also they’re open on Saturdays which is a big deal for me. Highly recommend.

The worst service I've ever experienced......no curtesy car available, no communication on when when my car would be done, poor communication on diagnosis... no valet service available, after they inconvenienced me. Tried to overcharge me....the list goes on. Not worth giving them a second chance. Too many Cadillac dealers around to be treated soo terribly by this one
