I've been to many ShopRite locations across North, Central, and South NJ, and this one is by far the worst when it comes to customer service. They made me wait just to verify a sale claim — even though the wrong sale label was clearly their mistake — and still refused to honor it.
Another time, my husband and I were stopped as we were about to walk to the parking lot so they could “check” if we paid for our groceries. It was embarrassing and honestly gave off a racist vibe.
If you want a much better experience, go to ShopRite Marlton — clean, organized, and the staff are always friendly and respectful.

Customer service is amazing the employees are the best however, everytime I buy strawberries which is my third time there is always mold. I inspected my fruit obviously when I come home to rinse them I see at the bottom mold the first time I exchanged them after I don’t bother You also have to up security I purchased Dr brown bottle nipple size 3 and the box was empty no product me with kids I can’t just go in and exchange or ask for cameras to be reviewed to ensure I am not lying etc I moved on to acme I rather pay more and get fresh produce

Another very good bag. Nice variety, really can't ask for more.
They may want to think about 2 different offerings, 1 all Bakery and one Food, like another grocery store does.

The lady who does the self checkout needs to stop being so rude. She is a reason for me to not come here and go to a different store. She always has an attitude and bothers people as they’re checking out by judging how they scan their stuff

It’s absolutely ridiculous that the cashier cannot give savings card. I shouldn’t have to walk all the way back to customer service or forfeit the savings. Not coming back

The best grocery store ever

I enjoyed visiting this Shop Rite. It felt good to patronize someplace out of Philly. I see that New Jersey's most popular supermarket is Shop Rite, whereas in Philly, its Giant, Shop Rite and Acme. The prices were reasonable. The place was clean and so was the restroom. The associates were polite. I enjoyed my visit here and will return again when I am in the area.
