This shoprite is noticeably worse than hainesport. The carts are all jacked up and most importantly there's a huge ventilation issue in the prepared foods department. The entire store is full of smoke from cooking on most mornings when I stop in. Staff is friendly though

I shopped in this located maybee 4 times a weeks. Today the deli manager Anthony got very nasty and disrespectful with me and I didn’t not like it. I order Blackbeae turkey and because they didn’t have it he told an associate to give me something else when it could have been communicated with me. It’s not what u say it’s how u say it and he was very out of line. I told to managers but it still didn’t sit well with me so I will be calling corporate tomorrow. Gotta learn how to talk to people and when we having a bad day stay home and not take it out on the customers.

I’ve never had an employee at any store treat me the way I was treated at this ShopRite. Not only did the worker refuse to help me, but they actually cursed me out when I asked for assistance. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior!
I won’t be coming back.

just found chunks of plastic in the overpriced 3lbs of ground beef that i bought. also bought numerous other products that were expired over a month ago. I am absolutely disgusted with this place and will NEVER come back to this failure of an establishment.

This past Sunday my husband and I picked up a few items from this ShopRite. When I went to drink one of the yogurt smoothies I had just purchased on 6/1/25 I saw the expiration date said 5/8/25…. My husband had the same issue with the bolthouse farms fruit juice. He opened the lid to fide disgusting residue at the top, checked the expiration date and it said 5/16/25…. To top it off, we purchased a 3 pound package of ground beef and while cooking it found piece of plastic inside pieces of the meat. Needless to say this is the last time we will ever be going to this shoprite which is unfortunate considering how close it is to our house. Clearly the staff does not thoroughly check the stock or quality of their products like they should be.

The absolute worst ShopRite I’ve frequented. Well over $100 in groceries in my cart and the shopping cart gestapo hassles me about clicking the skip bagging button on the register. Do what you must in the name of loss prevention but poor customer service is the reason this shopper refuses to spend another dime or minute of time. I hope they have fun restocking. Cheers!

Rude incompetent employees. Asked 3 for help with clipless coupons as item(gold peak iced tea) wasn't recognized on kiosk. One told me it wasn't his job , another asked me to wait until she finished her tasks, while making it clear I was an annoyance, (after waiting she was unable to locate the item on the kiosk, and Thomas, the 3rd employee made it clear he had better things to do. As a result, Wegmans has a new customer

This store has gone downhill a little bit. Takes forever to get lunchmeat and they lable their sale items in a way that I find misleading. I dont appriciate when stores try to gimmick me as the customer. Understaffed, not the employees fault.
Update: This store is horrible. Everytime I go in there I am mislead by signage. Now u need a digital coupon sir. Please go wait to use the computer to download your digital coupon to your price plus card. What am I your puppet?
Sir you have to do this for the register to scan that item. You have to enter this code for that sale. You have to buy ten of those. I DONT WORK HERE. I AM YOUR CUSTOMER!!!! YOU HAVE DONE NOTHING BUT INCONVENIENCED ME. CONGRATULATIONS, HERE IS YOUR BAD REVIEW.

This store is antagonistic towards its customers. It's not a pleasent place to shop and I assume working here is a drag too based on the faces of most of the employees. Randy the pharmacist is awesome.

Manager Esther Fox THANK YOU ! I was in need of a last minute request for a specific food selection & she fulfilled my request quickly and in a professional manner. I also observed how she handled assisting not only me but other customer’s request, which shows me that she was made for her managerial position !
