Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. We were up on the 4th floor and never heard the group of lacrosse tweens staying there. Good location!

Absolutely wonderful experience. Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable! Pool was clean, warm, and stocked! Staff was friendly, helpful, and kind!
Didn’t love the design of the bathroom door. It lets out a lot of light, so it brightens the room quite a bit during nighttime bathroom trips.
Would 100% book again.

The hotel staff were great, but I would not stay again because of condition of the hotel. The carpet in the hallways and rooms are full of spots/stains. Same with the furniture in the rooms. We ended up shortening our stay because I could not get comfortable with the appearance of the rooms. Apparently this is the most highly rated hotel in the mt laurel/cherry hill area, so we drive all the way to Philadelphia city center for good hotel experiences when we visit family in the mt laurel area. If cost is a major factor for you when traveling (no shame in that), this hotel would probably suit you fine, as the daily housekeeping/maintenance seems decent enough to prevent issues with bugs. However, if your standard is that you only stay in spotless, modern hotels and cost is not much of a factor, keep on looking.

We had some home renovations done and had to stay here for an extended amount of time. The staff is very professional and kind. My kids loved the pool! Breakfast is good too. Very clean and close to major highways/stores.

Recently stayed here for a wedding and had issue with Marriott Redemption Awards. After many unsuccessful attempts to resolve with Marriott, Richard Spring Hill Suites Manager rectified the situation for us. It's nice to see managers who are truly committed to customer service. Thank you.

Nice comfortable hotel. Easy access from I-295 highway. Free breakfast included. Gym. Indoor Swimming pool. Many restaurants nearby.

I recently enjoyed this hotel for a work visit. I booked multiple rooms and Nicole ensured the week went smoothly. From check in to checkout and everything in between she was courteous, professional and almost 1 step ahead of me the entire time. Thanks for everything Nicole.

I just completed my 7th or 8th stay at this property, and as usual, no complaints. The staff are friendly, the breakfast won't likely win any awards, but the oatmeal and waffle maker always keeps me satisfied so j have no complaints. The proximity to Rte 38 and I-295 makes it an ideal location.
