Target uses to be my go to place for everything; groceries, hair care products, cleaning supplies, gift and greeting cards. But not anymore, not since they aligned themselves with the current administration and the executive order (not a law BTW) that allowed them to say the quiet part outloud - DEI isn’t what they want to have as a standard policy, so they pulled it.

I had a drive-up order. Half of the order was canceled due to items "being out of stock" when in fact they were in stock. I called customer service and they were rude and said they basically can't do anything about it. Will no longer shop here.

I was having a rough day today. Three different associates helped me in three different areas of the store. All three were cheerful and went out of their way to help me and make me feel valued. I especially want to acknowledge Megan in women’s apparel. She went out of her way to find the exact item I was looking for. Thank you to all three!

Cutting DEI programs is unacceptable and I won’t be supporting a company that doesn’t value all people. Target shame on you. Do better

Its a nice store. My issue is that it was listed as a demo store for the Woojer Vest 3... But when I got there, they said there was no demo and they are not allowed to take anything out of the box. So I still don't know if it will fit.

The drive up wait time is consistently too long. Time and time again. Today I used the drive up service at two Walmarts and this Target, all back to back. Wait time at each Walmart was under a minute. Wait time at this Target has been 15 minutes and counting. But this is not an isolated case, this is typical. I am here weekly and I am starting to question why. If you have the option, the Cherry Hill Target wait time is typically better. On the positive, this Mt Laurel Target is the biggest Target I know of.

waited 40 minutes for a drive up order. no target employee came out for any order in the time we were waiting. everyone was forced to go inside and grab their order, car after car. they don’t answer the phones either. i get it’s the holidays but don’t allow drive up orders if you can’t send not one single employee to run them out ????

Grocery items tend to be close to/and already expired. Pickup is abysmal they take forever no matter how long you let them know “you’re on the way”.

Fitting room attendant was rude & had an attitude. There was a line of woman waiting. Had to call the call button because no worker was in sight. When she did come over. She was asked to open the other fitting room area. She said no because people like to steal....she didn't even stay. target do better. Hire more people .

We love Target. It exceeds our needs of the family. The staff are polite and helpful.

Many Thanks to Silas and manager Scott! I was a bit impatient with a mobile order (normally don’t do them) & I decided to purchase it in store. They were able to get me settled out and even caught a mistake I was making on the impromptu order before it went through!
Thanks again dudes and super sorry for being a nincompoop!
