Kevin H saved my bacon. Other TD branches could not print out a replacement ATM card (mine had been compromised) Kevin waved his magic wand and voila! He's a pro!

The overall customer service at TD bank has been on a slow decline for many years now. But this location has gotten so bad that I actively avoid banking here.

On May 17,2023 I visited the Ark Rd. Branch. I was greeted by Nina M. Kohlepp (Assistant Store Manager). It was time for me to renew my IRA CD's and get information on what was available for my account balance. She was patient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. She answered every question I had, and if she didn't have the answer she researched it and got it. Although employees are not allowed to give advice, she offered several options available for me to consider. To say she was OUTSTANDING would not do her justice. My thanks to her!

So now woke TD Bank based in Toronto, Canada, is sponsoring Drag Queen Storytime for kids!? Closed my account.Waited to speak to Mgr. Laura Trexler for 22 minutes. She never paused her phone call, nor acknowledged me and basically ignored me.Hope all people see through this fake bank with an agenda.

I was waiting in line at the drive thru. There was a car in front of mine. It was before 1: 00 when it was my turn. The teller looked at me, turned off the light and walked away. Wonderful representation of your business. Do better!

Used to be most convenient bank. Bad weekend hours. Maybe open a few in a geographical area open later. Not like the Commerce days.
