Read the reviews very carefully! Very disappointing for a Westin / Marriott property. The bathroom was literally coming apart during our stay. Chunks of the ceiling falling while showering. Every time the door closed more fell. Who knows what was growing in there, it's obvious from the pictures they had a previous issue with water damage and hastily covered it up. Front desk staff took our information and we never heard so much as a 'sorry your stay wasn't up to our standards'. Too much of this hotel is in disrepair; it was more like what you would expect from a cheap motel than from a major hotel brand. Take your money and go literally anywhere else. The positive reviews keeping this hotel's overall rating from tanking are mostly from people who used the hotel as a venue for an event, not people just looking for a clean, comfortable room for the night/weekend. The owner keeps replying to bad reviews saying things like 'we'll strive to do better', etc. yet the negative reviews continue. It's obvious they don't take guest satisfaction seriously and Westin corporate office doesn't seem to be any better. I reached out to them with the pictures of the tub only for them to tell me someone would be in touch... 3 days later and no one has reached out. Westin is a dead brand. Stay. Anywhere. Else.

Place and service were great. Nice lobby and room. Breakfast was great. Staff was always happy to help. The only reason for 4 stars is I had to take one off for the pool. It was a disaster. I had to wade through water to go sit to watch my kid. Hot tub was luke warm at best.

This is my go-to hotel in the area. I travel a lot staying in Marriott hotels. The Westin chain seems to be better than most of their properties for value priced hotels. Free breakfast buffet for high-status members.

Rooms: Large room that was spacious and cozy at the same time. Worth every penny.Food & drinks: I didn't eat in the hotel, but there are a ton of options in the local area

I had the opportunity to stay here on Christmas Eve while in town, visiting family. A family member booked the rooms and I was very pleasantly surprised after reading some of the negative reviews. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the room was clean, quiet and comfortable and the breakfast buffet (on Christmas Day) was hot and delicious. Everyone working on this holiday was incredibly gracious and kind. I would recommend the Westin Mt Laurel to anyone visiting S Jersey for business or pleasure. Also, there are many restaurants nearby and it is very easy to get around.

Great hotel that is very updated and modem with a cozy lobby and a restaurant. It is located right across Starbucks which was great for coffee every mornings. The rooms were spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. The staff very accommodating and friendly.

Hotel is very nice. Smells like vanilla everywhere. Rooms look like a cheap hotel. No microwave. Very tiny beverage fridge in the room. No trash bags in any garbage cans.Breakfast is not complementary you have to pay. The restaurant down stairs is expensive but the short ribs are really good.

The ONLY reason I chose to book with Westin Mount Laurel was for the hot tub — as my mother's Christmas gift. She is in severe pain from terrible spine, hip, and rheumatoid arthritis conditions and walking with a cane. I, too, suffer from RA and have recent injuries. Our plan was to relax and use the hot tub often. We couldn't use the hot tub. You could not see the bottom of the hot tub or pool due to cloudy, unsanitary and unbalance water. They drained both Wednesday. The hot tub reopened late on Wednesday while the pool was filling. It was lukewarm. When we turned on the jets, a burst of cold, cloudy water was observed, which told us that the lines were not fully purged and that there was a possible cross connection to the pool. Lots of grout is missing was missing and a harbor for bacteria, along with walls saturated with moisture. On top of that, our showers were lukewarm at best and the carpets wreaked of toxic carpet cleaner. We asked housekeeping to not enter our room and they did anyway. The accessible outdoor walkway was covered with wet leaves and cigarette butts — a hazard for my mother with her cane and any wheelchair user. I attempted to get help from Expedia and when they called the hotel, manager Ali and his staff, lied to them about the hot tub being closed.

Rooms are nice. Showers are lukewarm. Carpeting smells bad and is dirty. The pool and hot tub are not maintained according to health department standards. We came here specifically for the hot tub, but both the pool and hot tub's water was out of balance. I could not see to the bottom, because the water was cloudy. They drained both, so they were both unavailable for almost 2 days. The hot tub reopened while the pool was filling. It was lukewarm. When we turned on the jets, a burst of cold, cloudy water was observed, which told me that the lines were not fully purged and that there was a possible cross connection to the pool. The grout around the stone adjacent to the hot tub was missing and there was not adequate drainage which created pooling water and harborage for bacteria and viruses. It was a very unhealthy and poorly maintained area. The manager, Ali, said that , "amenities were not guaranteed," when their advertising clearly said the pool and "whirlpool" are open 6am-10pm. These were not listed as amenities. The Westin used to have a reputation for being a cut above others. Based on this experience along with poor management, this facility is one I would not recommend. If you're paying higher prices for a facility with a hot tub, you would expect it to be maintained. Don't bother making a reservation here if you want a safe pool and hot tub.

Stayed here for work. Beautiful hotel and super friendly staff. The pond were clean and beds comfortable. Had a couple drinks and some late night food at the hotel bar. Calamari wasn’t great tasted frozen but clam chowder was good. Wandel was fantastic. Breakfast bar was very good with fresh fruits, eggs, potatoes, bacon and more.

First time visitor, everything was great, quick check in, room was great, great bed, lots of ball/meeting rooms for all your needs, lobby bar, small snack shop, plenty of free parking in their lot.Miller's Ale house, Bob Evans and Walmart all within a couple hundred yards. NJTP entrance maybe 1000 yards away.
