I cannot recommend this U-Haul location enough. We just finished moving and I visited the Mt. Laurel location at least a half dozen times to purchase boxes and wrapping paper. They have a great variety of box items. I needed 3 TV boxes as well as other items including coverings for sofa and other furniture. We also ordered two 10' trucks that were very useful. The staff there is friendly and personable. What a great experience!

I get my propane tanks refilled here, the staff is always very helpful and quick. I’d recommend this location all times!

The truck was brand new and service was quick and easy. The only thing I didn’t expect was the mileage price was almost double on Saturday than it was quota.

The front desk staff at this location are top notch. Courteous and thoughtful. However, I disappointed with the truck that I rented. Brakes were sloppy. Were they recently checked? While the cargo area appeared clean, there was debris in the mother’s attic area that went unnoticed. The ramp was not easily removed and later got stuck in the open position, necessitating a call to roadside assistance. Overall, this was not the experience that I’ve come to expect from U-haul.

Store reps were greats, once I got to the store the reps helped me installed the trail to property make sure it was working.

Daniel did an incredible job making the entire process easy, seamless and fast. He is an incredible asset to your company and should be commended for his positive attitude and exceptional service. If you get the opportunity, you should clone him and staff all your locations with Daniels!

Was charged an extra $99 for returning truck 1.5 hours late. Charges should have been pro rated, but who am I. Customer service failure.

Good experience with Cargo Van.
Got to pick up a van immediately which was nice. Cargo van was a bit older, but ran fine, and I didn't face any issues that needed customer service. So, it was a decent experience.

U-Haul Mt Laurel always has the equipment we need. And the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Daniel is extremely professional, and he cares about the needs of his customer. He spends ample time and asks questions, and makes sure he gives all possible options. He is obviously very knowledgeable and capable as an installer.

Over charge… my printed form/receipt stated return date 11/25 .. the guy who originally checked me out said if I bring it a day early there wouldn’t be a charge for the full length of time … said a specific date and my reservation but when I called they stated they had a different date and they weren’t helpful at all. They were rude and told me “I didn’t tell you that” “I have the paper in front of me too” “ you can call corporate” I asked if I could send over the receipt he says “ I have it here in front of me and it says return date 11/24” yet it doesn’t match what I have and he was not trying to hear it. “Call corporate” was his response… will never go to this location again
