I had my hair done by Hailey and it was a great experience. Such a sweet, friendly girl and she did a fantastic job. I highly recommend her and Ulta Mt. Laurel.

I got my hair done by Hailey and absolutely loved my experience. She is so sweet and really cares about your hair. She’s attentive and takes her time to make sure you love the end product, asking questions throughout the service so you know you’ll be getting what you want. I have really thick hair and got a full highlight and cut, a big service that takes a long time, and she didn’t mind at all and was very thorough despite it being a tedious job. Definitely book with her!

Their customer service has really gone downhill. I was not greeted, and when I got to the register the cashiers were gossiping instead of giving their attention to the customers. Then my cashier started singing as she slouched over the counter and gave attitude. I ended up walking out because I did not want to give my business to a team with this kind of energy. The cashier smirked when I said I didn’t feel comfortable and would be purchasing elsewhere.

I've been to this location multiple times over the years, & this is the FIRST time I've experienced superior customer service! I brought my mother in today (Mother's Day) to try & find new foundation that would match our melanin skin tone seemlessly. Which we all know is not an easy task when so many name brands and shades are available. BUT shout out to the cosmetic representative ✨ SHAZ!!! ✨
Upon entry, she greeted us and asked if we needed help with a beautiful smile & kind mannerisms. She took the time to ask questions, focus on our needs and gave us an exceptional experience! Shes informative and intentional about her expertise in makeup. Her customer service was top tier!
SHAZ is a gem! 💎 I HIGHLY recommend anyone that goes to this location to ask to be helped by her! 👍🏽

I would like to thank the Clinic technician at the Mt Laurel store. She very kind & helpful. We were looking for eyebrow pencils for my Mother. My mother has dementia & she was very patient. ( of course she did not know that.) She also helped me even though I was not planning on getting anything. I have Rosacea she gave me 3 samples to take home & try.

This review comes from multiple different visits. I only come to this location out of convenience because its closest to my home, but never again. Every single time I’ve come in, no one greets me, no one offers to help, and every time I get to the checkout the energy is as if they couldn’t be bothered. I try to chalk it up as “maybe they’re having a bad day” but its like this EVERY visit no matter the time of day. I’m not sure if it’s a race thing, since it appears other customers in the reviews have a good experience, but it’s crazy. My final straw was yesterday when I came in with my daughter to buy the release of Cecred upon store opening. No one asked if I needed help, and when I went to cash out a $160+ purchase, they “couldn’t find” the free gift that was to come with my purchase and they honestly appeared like they couldn’t care less as they had me wait over 10 mins while they looked for it with no avail. I just ended up going to a different location, and will continue to do so go forward.

my first experience going there was not so good. i recently went back to grab a couple of things and Jeimmy was so welcoming and friendly. she did a great job matching me and giving me suggestions. she deserve a makeup award. i had a wonderful experience

Yesterday, I was shopping at the Mt. Laurel location, sampling the perfumes to choose one to buy. All of a sudden, two employees with a customer get right in front of me and basically pushed me to the side just so they can get a bottle for the customer. This was extremely rude to do this to another customer. They didn’t even say excuse me. I felt invisible. If they said excuse me, it wouldn’t have been a problem. This ruined my experience and I will never shop at this location again.
