Personal mail showing up in informed delivery but not making it to me. All the other mail is delivered except for anything handwritten. 3 pieces of mail missing now! Can’t get a human on the phone at the post office.

“You can’t just drop and go here, I need to look at the packages” never in my life. That’s why the line long as hell? Meanwhile this is a drop & go self service machine location. My boxes won’t fit the machine tho.

I put an incorrect zip on a package. Once reaching the local post office directly, they were very helpful in getting the package rerouted. They were quick to respond and friendly. Much appreciated!

I should’ve listened to the other reviews. The staff here wasn’t just unfriendly—they were outright rude. Definitely not the level of service anyone should have to deal with.

I sent several cards from here to friends for Christmas and none of the cards ended up at their destination. I had gift cards in each for Christmas and all disappeared. Cards sent from a different post office were received. When I went to talk to someone inside the post office, I was told that it could take weeks, and things happen. I understand things happen, and people steal… it just was so disappointing and disheartening. I will never use this post office again. Stealing is a crime. Please stop.

For the last month, I tried to retrieve my certified letter that was sent to me. The mail man left a notice so I went to the post office to retrieve my letter. The first time, the brown skinned lady with the short haircut and glasses told me that my letter was not at the post office. After speaking to the mail man, he stated that this post office often loses mail. I tracked my letter only to find that it was indeed at the post office. This time the same lady happened to find it. She is always curt, cold, and unfriendly. If the post office needs workers that badly, please place her dismissive, ice box personality in the back with the boxes. Very frustrating experience with this post office. I will never go to her window for service again. There's always a problem with her. While waiting online, she was grumpy with a gentleman with a heavy box for coming over to her window because " She didn't call him yet." Then made him wait while she put away supplies, went in the back, and performed other duties while this man waited with a box. She has absolutely no customer service skills at all! Lady, if you hate your job that much, find another one!!

This USPS is as good as the other post offices I've been to. There are times when the line is short and times when it is long. Sometimes the person behind the counter is having a good day and sometimes they're not. Overall, it's a lovely post office and they've always been able to help me out. The location is lovely too - being right next to the library is a real treat.
The people that frequent this post office though are some of the most impatient, opinionated, insufferable patrons that I've had the misfortune of lining up next to. I know it's hard for some folk to keep their mouths shut, but do try. We're in a post office, not a political rally. How am I subject to folks inane ramblings every time I go to send mail? I have no clue. I feel for the postal workers though, and it's not hard to imagine who contributes to their having a bad day.

Hung up on me 3 times! Was contacted about a failed delivery, and now can't get through to anyone about it (calling the number listed through USPS location finder, rings until someone picks up and then cuts off). Sick and can't go in person right now.

This USPS is just the worst among all the delivery services. I tried to avoid it as much as possible. Some of the ladies working there are rude, lazy and ignorant. Also even the office hours says it closes at 5:30pm, good luck if you find it still open after 5.

Absolutely horrible service... really bad considering we were trying to send care packages to our troops currently serving.
