I purchased a phone at this store and over two months have passed and the bill still does not reflect my trade in value. Instead I am being charged as if I purchased the phone out right. My bill and new plan should be $196 but for 2 months I have paid $221. I am constantly promised it will be adjusted, and my money credited, but for how long must I wait? Honestly, no one steps up to fix the problem (they entered the wrong trade-in phone) and say they submitted info. I just have to wait. How long? Contact someone to fix this! Who runs this organization? If you sell Verizon phones and plans, shouldn't you have contacts when problems arise? Finger pointing does not solve problems.

short caucasian man tried to deny me in the store , after 20 min went by i called the verizon hotline to see what i got approved for, let the man hear everything they were saying and he still wasnt trying to help me out. I highly recommend you guys to not go to this location. Sometimes these guys act like they're selling their personal belongings its sad!

the guy was cool till he flagged my account for not wanting to upgrade cause he want to charge a scammers fee of $50. $120 for a iphone 16 walking out the door is crazy and tell me it is taxes and lie. I dont appreciate it.

I never write reviews but I have had the worst experience of my life with one of the workers twice in the same week. I asked him where i can change account holders as it incorrectly populated under another number, and he stated that that I need to go to another Verizon store to complete that. I again revisted the store to trade in my device, he looked at my phone screen stated I need to remove the activation lock and i cannot do that for you. I told him to at least try to unlock the phone as I have already completed the step and he realized he was wrong. Also wrong about changing account holders telling me Oh yah I should of told you to call tech support instead. Then he tried to do a trade in credit and said I need to go to another store and I asked to look at my new device to see if there was any issue, he did not bother. He should be fired asap. went to company store on 73, and they took my trade in toward credit to my iphone 16 pro max stating everything is taken care of only to realize when I came home my trade in was canceled and my bill increased another 100 dollars.... Verizon really needs to be careful who they hire these days

Stay away from this Verizon Store. Employees kept me waiting for 45 minutes, Hoping I'd eventually give up and leave. Then employees refused to help me set up my Verizon phone since I did not purchase the new phone from this store. The 2 arrogant employees then offered to set up my phone, only if I purchased another $45 SIM card from them. My phone already has a new SIM card that was included. The store employees refused to help me and tried to extort money to set up my Verizon phone. This store will be closing due to arrogant attitudes of these thieving employees. I told the 2 employees I called Verizon for help and Verizon advised me to visit a Verizon store for assistance, This Store refuse to help me., unless I paid for something I did not need. This is criminal. Stay away from these Thieves. I hope this fraudulent place closed soon. Poor customer service from arrogant employees.

Don’t trust them. They’re shady and will order and change your bill without consent! I went in to upgrade my phone but decided not to due to the shipping date and me leaving for vacation. The sales representative told me that he canceled it. The next morning I checked my Verizon app which said that the order had been shipped with a tracking number and that my bill was set to go up $50 dollars. He never canceled it, but instead still ordered something I NEVER agreed to. I called the 1-800 number who confirmed that the order was placed by the representative. Thankfully the 1-800 number canceled it for me and I didn’t get charged. How are you just going to order and change my bill without any consent or even signatures? Shady.

Never go here to this location sales rep manage to put a lot of unnecessary charges on my bill to get his self a big commission check. He sold me a lot of cases and accessories that I didn't ask for any of it. He emailed my receipt so I didn't see all the charges at the point of purchase avoid this guy his name is Hameed...... he will overcharge you stay away from this store altogether.

Dont even waste your time coming in here it’s not even a real Verizon store. I came in here for help last night setting up my new iPhone with an eSIM was told she couldn’t do it but really she was being lazy because it was 30 minutes till close. Had to hurry up and rush to the other Verizon store near the Cadillac dealership and they helped me in five minutes I was in and out it was even more of a slap in the face when she just kept coming up with lies of why she couldn’t do it laziness and bad customer service Will, keep me from coming here.

I was jerked around at the Verizon store. I was told it would be a 1/2 hour wait. So I left did another errand and came back, waited another 5-10 minutes only to find out they don't even carry the basic phone i wanted which by the way was displayed in the store. They finally told me that they definitely have it in the Mt.Laurel store. They wouldn't call and check Mt. Laurel for me to see if they definitely had it and if so could they put one aside for me. I called Mt. Laurel the next day, only to find out that they didn't carry the phone I wanted so I ended up with a flip phone with more gadgets in it that I didn't want for more money. When I got there, I found out they couldn't save my data and pictures. As I was waiting I kept looking at their ad they show over and over in the store about how easy and simple their plans are. Nothing is easy or simple there. What a horrible experience!!! They only care about selling you the most expensive phones and their bottom line. They should be ashamed of the way they treat customers.
