Never have prescriptions ready, they will have it for a week and not start to fill until we go tot he store then always have to come back.

I’m sitting in the drive thru for the first time in six months since I completely left this pharmacy. My child’s script was accidentally sent here instead of our new pharmacy. I’m still sitting here in disgust at the pharmacist here. Six months ago, my doctor sent scripts for serious postpartum issues, one of which this pharmacist refused to fill. She made my doctor jump through hoops to write it exactly how she wanted it written, and then still refused to fill it. I was going through such severe postpartum issues that I still find this unforgivable . We took the same prescriptions across the street to a different pharmacy, who filled them all with no issue. This pharmacist thinks she’s everyone’s doctor. Stay away.

Thinking about to change my pharmacy. I am tired of this lady always have an attitude when I pick up my medicine what’s wrong with her. I think her name is Ebony. Seriously they need to do something.

I have been going here for year's. The pharmacy technician's and pharmacist's Kristen and Kate are just absolutely fabulous. They are nice, courteous,attentive and finds the time to answer my questions. When they obviously don't have the time and I appreciate all of the staff here. The staff here truly go above and beyond for all their customers of all ages. This I witnessed myself and it's an honor coming here. I'm writing this as a Thank You to all who work there. It's an Honor being your Customer and will continue to do so. This is actually my first ever review.

I have had the worst experience at this pharmacy. Kristen, does not do her job well, and Jervon likes to antagonize customers. Since feeling disrespected and angered, I won’t be going there any longer.

The pharmacy is a disgrace. Specifically the lead pharmacist Kristen and her staff member Jervon. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. I am clearly not the only person who has had an issue with this women, trying to make things challenging for people and putting on a show disrespecting people who just simply want to pick up their medication. I will be contacting corporate!

This is the worst pharmacy ever. On more than one occasion, I’ve dealt with lead pharm Kristen and Jervon and they’re the most disrespectful, disorganized duo in that place. I’ve gotten wrong medications, been talked down to and laughed at. Ridiculous!! Switching pharmacies ASAP.

Not sure what kind of pharmacy is being run here where they try to make their customers feel like dirt. Kristen and Jervon need some serious restraining ASAP. I have never heard of such disrespect in my life from "professionals." Laughing in peoples faces? Ridiculing them for the medication they are on? Walgreens, do better.

Kristen and Jervon were very rude and condescending. They gave me a hard time about picking up a prescription for a family member. When the script didn’t immediately pop up on the system I was met with bullying and just a plain lack of empathy.
