Outstanding Service and Care from Wards Automotive and Patrick
We can't say enough great things about the exceptional care and service we received from Patrick and the entire team at Wards Automotive. We recently had a tricky issue with one of our cars—an unusual battery drain that was tough to pin down. Patrick and the crew took on the challenge head-on, running thorough diagnostics, checking the draw, and going through multiple troubleshooting steps. They didn’t just fix the issue—they went above and beyond by keeping the car a few extra days to monitor it and make sure it started strong every morning. That kind of dedication gave us real peace of mind.
Then, shortly after, our other car—a Sonata—alerted us to low tire pressure. We discovered a huge screw lodged in the tire. We called Patrick, and without hesitation, he told us to bring it right over. Despite a busy schedule and a packed shop, they took us in right away, repaired the puncture quickly, and treated us with the same kindness and professionalism we’ve come to deeply appreciate.
Thank you, Patrick and the whole Wards Automotive team, for always providing service that goes above and beyond. You take exceptional care of us, and it doesn’t go unnoticed. Keep up the great work—you're truly appreciated!

The best auto shop in the area. Patrick did an amazing job helping me fix my rear bumper after an accident - from helping me find used parts to putting it all together seamlessly for a fair price. They also changed my oil and gave my car a once over. They don't upsell you on unnecessary fixes, and their prices are so fair. Most trustworthy and honest auto repair in South Jersey!

Came out to a flat tire this morning while waiting almost 3 hours for the roadside assistance I was able to look up where I could purchase & get a new tire put on. I came across Ward’s Automotive & Tire Center. I read reviews all the time & they have a 5.0 and I can say from my experience today they deserve it! Staff was kind and friendly! I am so pleased & happy with their services. This was my first time here and it was a good experience! Thanks again!

Had a staple in my tire and found wards. Called them up and they said I could come by right away for them to look at it. They repaired the tire quickly and got me back on my way. Really friendly and great service.
