Walked 2 miles in the rain today 3/17/25
For coolant.
Last one on the shelf, manager Jamal wouldn’t find the item on shelf, and wouldn’t allow me to buy other things same price.
Told me to walk to autozone.
Jamal, you are a horrible human and poor excuse for a man.
I walked to autozone in the rain.

Gas attendant made me wait at the pump for 20 minutes just to say they weren’t taking cards. Genuinely the worst service I’ve had at a gas station.

This is not a Burrito 🌯 to much bad experience. Burrito with Gravy to much sauces i pay 31$ my family was so hungry we were stop to something eating but staff very lazy

Come on guys, breakfast starts at five. 6:40 AM and you have nothing on the racks except for a burnt bacon egg croissant. No I didn’t leave out the cheese on purpose. The cheese wasn’t on the bacon egg and cheese. No egg bites and slim pickens all around
I come to Wawa for consistency. This was anything but consistent to what Wawa standards have come to mean in the area.

A male employee came into the women’s bathroom and the female manager he came in to talk was perfectly fine with it. She even commented that someone else was in here and it still continued. It’s completely inappropriate.

Worst customer service from the cooks at this Wawa location. Ruby, one of the cooks, was rude and kept giving us the "stank eye" the entire time & refused to speak when we asked her a question. She just turned her back to the customers and ignored us. We almost asked for a refund because we were afraid to eat the food she prepared.

I ordered lunch at 10am to be picked up at 12pm. I paid in the app and when I got there to pick up my order my food was never made. I told the guy there that I was looking for my order and he asked me what my order was and I told him. He sloppily threw together a quick sandwich and left out all of my add-ons and couldn’t even be bothered to add Mayo to It. The lady there also gave me an attitude and acted like it was my fault my food was never made.

I had an issue with my order, so I called to speak with management. Somehow when personalizing my turkey club to change the cheese, the lettuce, tomato, AND bacon were unselected so all I received was cheese, turkey and mayo on three pieces of bread. I expressed the fact that I knew I had left the lettuce and tomato selected, as well as never took off the bacon. However, I was met with an unapologetic "well that's showing what you ordered" "that's exactly what you ordered", as I express my distress over what to do now, I'm told to come back and order another sandwich 'the way I want '. The fact there was no regard or concern despite how I clearly asserted that wasn't what I ordered, or at the very least wasn't being made clear to me most of my sandwich was being taken out means I think this Wawa has one star service and I won't be back. Bring back the Larchmont Wawa! The customer service here sucks in comparison.

Let me say this appearance is a must how are you behind the food counter with your hair half done. Second womens bathroom had fecal matter on the floor along with tissue and pad wrappers discusting.Third was the rude cashier I'm checking out she's to busy talking to the manager that she leaves her drawer open with the money showing and walks away from the register mind you it's wide open if I was a bad person I could have snatched everything out of it. So me being the nice person that I am I said hun you left the register open she looks at me a sucks her teeth. Lady it's not my fault you wanna run your mouth and be on your phone this issue needs to be address poor ghetto customer service.
