I’ve been visiting Wawa for years and have always had positive experiences, but unfortunately, the woman preparing the coffee during my recent visit today at Route 38 Wawa was quite rude. It was disappointing to encounter such unfriendly behavior.

Frequently gets simple orders wrong (reg vs diet beverages, cookies and cream milk vs cookies and cream ice cream, etc.).

Staff is like robots. I don't think they are aloud to say hello. Poor lady behind the deli was working like a slave. Took 15 minutes to make a sandwich that is pre-made anyway. Wawa is really falling off.

I got a garden salad with chicken salad recently and it was bad the only thing that was good was the chicken salad everything out tasted like it was old and bad I had to throw it almost all out there are no excuses why the wawa should be making bad stuff get with the program !!!

They are on top of cleanliness in preparation for this surge in diseases. The associate I met was ready to clean the screen I ordered from. Excellent!!

Just requested the cashier check the price on something,(because I wasn't sure if I had enough in cash or if I needed to use my card) she was upset and told me " I can't do that without you definitely buying said product"Why not?! If I didn't have enough money or if I did was going to determine if I purchased not cashier just not wanting to delete the purchase. She was rude and fabricated lies to avoid doing her job,, being a cashier is what you do!!!

The entire staff ignored me, not one person said hello. Had no problem talking to other employees but customers don’t matter or exist here. From fuel to deli, I am as inconsequential as the fuel or the products to the employees. They refuse to bag once bags are purchased, they refuse to say hello, if you try and get their attention you have committed a sin. Wawa has no customer service. I prefer going to minimarts where people know my name and say hello. The picture is what customer service is for me at Wawa, computer generated voice saying welcome to Wawa. The entire staff was having a jolly time in the back but not one person at the counter. This time no bag no service I did this all myself. If it was not close to my house on the way home from work I would have stopped at minimart and a Sunoco gas station and felt better now I gotta go to sleep with this unpleasant experience like I didn’t matter.
