We weren’t able to buy our Lottery tickets on our way to work this morning, as we always do, since your very sleepy and unpleasant clerk told us, that they don't sell Lottery tickets so early in the mornings. This happened at 04:30 am this morning Friday 13th 2023.Can someone please help us understand why a 24/7 seven eleven store, refused to sell Lottery tickets at any given time of the day, also your lock of courtesy and ownership employees, leave a lot to be desired. We we're very disappointed and surprised to see this behavior and unpleasantness on your store. Please let your customers know what is your schedule and hours to purchase future Lottery tickets. It's A 711 just like anywhere else but don't bother going there in the morning because the guy who works there is a j**** Treats people poorly and is rude and has a general bad disposition. If I could give him a zero I would. Have seen him yell with several customers. Management should take this hint.

Let me start off by saying the woman that works during the day is super nice and very sweet this is mostly for the overnight employee. He is incredibly unfriendly, nine times out of 10 is on his phone or giving his opinions on things. He is no help whatsoever when it comes to the app system or 7-Eleven rewards program. He's very dismissive and could care less about customer service.
