I went to this branch as it is close to my in-laws house. Had to fax something to corporate. Staff was very accommodating and nice. Especially Kathy, the manager, very personable and a pleasure to deal with. I rarely leave reviews, but felt it was necessary to show appreciation to the staff here as Kathy is an asset to boa.

Every time I come to this location there is something not working or someone messes up my payment. I will never get a loan through Bank of America again

Horrible horrible horrible customer service the bank manager was rude I tried to explain that I lost my wallet and I need $20 to get gas I have three accounts and Bank of America and I verified all my information after I explained that my ID is in my wallet so is my money and credit cards the manager treats me in a very unprofessional way being rude repeating after the same answer without even listening thank you Bank of America
