I had an incredible experience from the very first day I walked into the dealership, even before being certain whether I would purchase a GMC vehicle or not. From the beginning, I was treated with the utmost respect and attention to detail by Alex.
Alex was extremely patient and professional, never aggressive, but instead genuinely interested in understanding why I was considering that vehicle. He took the time to explain every detail clearly, made sure I felt comfortable, and never pressured me to make a decision. When I shared that I have a wife and family and that this was not a decision I would make on the spot, that never changed his attitude or willingness to help. He still showed me the car thoroughly and took me on a test drive without hesitation.
I truly believe this is how every professional in sales should operate. I have nothing but positive things to say about Alex, and I am confident he has a very bright future within the company, wherever his career takes him.
From there, the experience continued to be excellent through the negotiation process. I fully understand that there are two sides in any negotiation, and that is part of the business. Even so, everyone involved was highly respectful, transparent, and straightforward no surprises, no hidden tricks. It was genuinely a pleasure to negotiate with the team.
When we moved forward with Jeff Bash, the Finance Manager, the experience remained just as positive. From the start, he reviewed the numbers with me, listened carefully to what I was looking for, and worked efficiently to get as close as possible to what I considered ideal. This was a completely different experience compared to others I’ve had in the past, where the approach can often feel aggressive. That is not the type of environment I respond to, and I truly appreciated Jeff’s professionalism. He was also very attentive to my family and my wife, making the entire process comfortable and respectful.
In the end, we reached an agreement that I am very happy with. I’m extremely satisfied with the vehicle and with the entire team’s service. I would like to sincerely thank everyone involved. Not only for this purchase, but for future business as well the way I was treated earned you a long-term customer. I will absolutely be returning and recommending this dealership to others.

I first want to shoutout MEL and JEFF for making my car purchase possible and going above and beyond for me. I have never encountered such an amazing dealership. They made the whole process seamless. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in need of a vehicle. If I could rate this dealership a 10/10 I would. The professionalism and care made the purchasing process easy. I can’t thank Mel and Jeff enough. I am forever grateful and will return in the future when I need an upgraded vehicle.

Johnson GMC....$164 in labor to install a battery... $265 for a truck battery. Another GMC dealer charges $200 for battery and 40 to install. RIP OFF ARTISTS.

Dealing with the entire staff presents a pleasant experience. Jason our salesman was a great guy, not a pushy salesman which you find at most dealerships. We took our time and ended up purchasing a used 2016 GMC Canyon. With assistance from multiple staff two hours later we were driving home. Top notch dealership

Purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee and i almost didn’t purchase a car from this dealer due to the mixed reviews. My experience is that they are very fair. I’ve purchased several cars from different dealers over the years and can say they do what’s right here. You as a consumer have to do your research prior to your purchase. I asked to fully inspect the car from top to bottom. They said no problem. I wanted a few extras. No problem. They told me it would take some time to get the license plates. It did however they issued me an additional Temporary plate. Communication was fine. My tip for anyone purchasing a car from anyone is to get everything in writing. Do your homework. This dealership would get my business again. 2 months driving my car with zero problems.

Where do I start, my salesman Jeff Moran was absolutely fantastic, knowledgeable, friendly, patient and honest. Made the car buying experience fantastic. The General manager Jason and Finance manager Jeff Bash went absolutely above and beyond, I assure you they care about people. The way these 3 guys worked to give me a great experience and make sure I was happy is still days later mind-blowing to me. I can tell you honestly first hand John Johnson and his staff stand behind their vehicles and their goal is customer happiness. Don’t hesitate to go talk to them if you need a vehicle.

My wife and I just purchased a 2024 GMC Acadia AT4 from John Johnson GMC and this is my third time purchasing from a Johnson dealership. These guys never disappoint! The staff is amazing across the board. Salesmen, general managers and Mr. John Johnson himself are all extremely personable, friendly and straight shooting. What else could you ask for while navigating a major purchase?! Don’t waste time at other places that play games. Go to a John Johnson dealership and enjoy an excellent experience start to finish.
