Customer (member) service is out of this world, and fair, fair, fair treatment. On-line banking is never down. Fabulous people: polite, intuitive, helpful, respectful. We have not borrowed yet (only deposited), but we did inquire about rates (auto-used): very competitive, certainly better than most dealerships will offer. Hope to move most of our accounts to Visions. Can't say enough good things.”
