The Pharmacy is genuinely the worst I've ever experienced.
At the window for over 20 minutes & the Staff acts like that is completely normal. I handed over my phone with a coupon code & the dude disappears with my phone for over 15 minutes, zero communication at this place for why something is taking long.
Truly awful.

The employees are always great. But that is the only good about cvs. The prices have always been super high. The cvs brand items are garbage quality and high priced.

I truly wish I could give this place 0 stars.
I’m very disappointed with the customer service at the CVS Pharmacy. Every time I’ve visited, the pharmacy staff has been consistently rude and unhelpful. I understand that pharmacies can be busy, but that doesn’t excuse the dismissive and unfriendly attitude I’ve experienced behind the pharmacy desk.
As a customer, I expect clear communication, patience, and basic courtesy—especially when dealing with something as important as medication. Unfortunately, this location has fallen short of that standard multiple times.
I hope CVS takes steps to address the customer service in the pharmacy department. A little professionalism and kindness would go a long way.

Store is neat and clean and the staff very helpful. Prices on many things are high but sale items are good.

The young lady at your pharmacy department went out of her way to help me reduce the price of my medicine Budd Lake location she has excellent customer service She is an exceptional pharmacy assistant long brown hair beautiful eye brows didn't get her name so I described her appearance 😀

This is a pretty standard CVS. It's the only one in the area (at least for a few miles) so it gets packed. Definitely avoid rush hours, or you'll be stuck for a while. And the drive-thru is a lot longer than just going inside. It has two lanes but the second one is never manned, so avoid that one. Wait times are long but the staff works fast, it's just that there are SO many customers. If they had a way to open more registers or actually used the second drive thru lane they could be a lot quicker!

Terrible pharmacy staff. Do yourself a huge favor and get your prescription sent to the Ledgewood CVS 10 minutes away, seriously. Walked in with my roomate at 4:58 on a Sunday, my roomate who had just been released from the hospital after fracturing 4 bones in his collar bone (clavicle) which is one of the most painful bones to break in your body, which was informed the workers, they didn’t care, we gave them his information and they refused to help us because it was “Closing time” yikes. Hire new employees. They closed the gate in my face and told us to go to a pharmacy that is open later, can’t spare 10 minutes for a guy in pain, no sense of morality I guess.

The pharmacy does not call patients if there is an issue and waits until the doctors are closed to try to get NPI's, etc. If they took the time to care about patients instead of just throwing the prescriptions into the bags they would have a higher rating as I see from other reviews the pharmacy is the biggest issue.

Terrible Pharmacy. Driving to Florida with hotel paid for 2 weeks. Refuse to refill ADHD medication 5 days early without Dr approval (on a Sunday). 2nd time early refill in 5 years. Driving back should be interesting. SmH

Like most of the major Pharmacy's, CVS has most things you would expect to find and generally at reasonable prices. I find this particular location to be less crowded and always well stocked.

I truly wish I could give it zero stars but that’s not an option, this, PHARMACY is the worst ever. The drive-through is usually closed with a sign in the window saying come inside because we are “short staffed “. Currently sitting in the pharmacy drive-through, and it is six cars deep and hasn’t moved in five minutes, and it’s not even like this is prime time. It’s literally 3 PM Friday afternoon, it just doesn’t make sense!. I have never seen anything like this in my life. It’s appalling……..and CVS you should be ashamed.!!!!’
