i come here all the time but decided to come for a pointe shoe fitting and the staff was so so helpful!! they gave such good advice and fit me in an amazing pair! they addressed my concerns and were very patient, would definitely recommend to come here for any dance needs!

These ladies are fantastic!!!! Even during the COVID 19 pandemic, they were still able to help us out. My daughter is still dancing virtually and her pointe shoes were dead. I messaged them. They got back to me almost immediately. They looked in their computer, saw what my daughter usually gets, and dropped them in the mail. Now new pointe shoes and ribbons should be here any day. Thank you so much Ladies!!!! Be safe!!!

Extremely rigid with their return policy, as in no refunds. They never mentioned to me that a special order for a different size was exchange or store credit only. If you're going to have no returns, you should tell your customers this upfront as they are paying. Common curtousy.

My daughter needed Character Shoes and Jazz Shoes. DDW had a very good selection to choose from. Different brands. Different styles. Different price ranges that were all good pricing. The store associate was friendly and helpful. We tried on multiple sizes and styles. We found what we were looking for. Excellent experience

Discount Dance Warehouse is a huge store with a large inventory of leotards, tutus and skirts, dance shoes, bags, and hair accessories for children and adults alike. I took my daughter here to pick out a new leotard for dance class and couldn't find a skirt that I liked to match but the sales associate found one and everything was marked down from the ticket price which is a major plus. I love this store and will definitely be back in the future.

Came for jazz shoes for my daughter - despite being busy there was ample help on the sales floor and unlike most retailers today where no one acknowledges your presence or offers to help, the girls were friendly and knowledgeable about sizing, and quickly helped us pick the right shoes.
