I received an edible arrangement 8/14/25 In the afternoon. I ate a couple pieces and they were ripe. Next morning around 8 am I took out fruit for breakfast. You can see from the pictures that the fruit was inedible and rotting.
I called the Budd Lake location at 8/15/25 9:30 am and was told by a gentleman that fruit is to be eaten the same day it comes. He would put a note but didn’t expect anyone to call me back to resolve the situation. There is no indication on the card that came with the fruit to state that fruit is to eaten the same day.
I asked to speak to a manager and was advised by the gentlemen no one was scheduled. I advised I would leave a review by Noon if I didn’t receive a call back and let the folks that sent me the basket they should dispute the charge on their credit card.

My mother placed an order from this location on a day we weren't home, but the team proved incredibly accommodating. They worked with us to reschedule delivery for when we returned, showcasing exceptional flexibility and understanding. The food arrived, and it was absolutely delicious. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for its outstanding service and cuisine.

I specifically called to arrange same-day delivery for a birthday and paid extra for 1-hour delivery service. Not only did they fail to deliver on the promised day, but they also provided no communication about the delay. When I called to follow up, I was told they would “look into it” - hardly the urgent response you’d expect when someone pays premium prices for expedited service. I also submitted an online complaint form with no meaningful response. This is supposed to be a service for special occasions, but they’ve turned what should have been a celebration into a frustrating disappointment.

I called the store wondering why my order was not being delivered. But I soon realized I placed the wrong date for the delivery. They were able to change the date to the same day. Within an hour they made the delivery for my mother in laws b-day. What a save! Thank you to the staff!

Didn’t follow Instructions and gift was ruined by the time it got the receiver it was melted despite asking the store directly for a delivery for the next day… they agreed… it was still delivered the same day. I called the store the next day and got rude response. I payed for a gift that was ruined and the store didn’t apologize or anything and told me it was my fault.

Awful experience.
Order left outside in 90° heat before the store was supposed to close.
Said “Dad Bev” instead of “Best Dad Ever”.
No blueberries included on order, and fewer strawberries than advertised.
Rude and unhelpful customer service.

Excellent experience today! I had the pleasure of speaking with Bobby over the phone to place a last minute order for same day delivery. He was very accommodating and efficient. He even helped me with coming up with what to write in the card for my order. Great place and great staff. Highly recommend. Thanks again Bobby!

I received this edible arrangement from my daughter for Mothers Day! Chocolate covered strawberries! Upon opening the box, i was totally appalled that this was allowed to leave the store!! You should be embarrassed!!! Very skimpy on the chocolate, the strawberries were wet as if they were previously frozen. Disgusting to say the least ? I will be tossing them in the garbage! Definitely did not look like the picture (I provided ) Extremely disappointed! There was also suppose to be a balloon with the order and there wasn’t!! I didn’t have the heart to tell my daughter, but i am going to so she never orders from you again!

I ordered a dessert tray that cost over $100 for Mother’s Day and they delivered the completely wrong item! It looked nothing like the picture at all, and the fruit looked so dirty!! And when I called them they said to send them an email with a picture of the item, and then they would get back to me, but they didn’t even give me a time estimate on when they would make my order right. That is terrible customer service!!!! So then we had to drive to the store just to show them the item. Then what is the point of getting delivery?!! When we got to the store, it smelled so bad like rotting fruit, so I wouldn’t ever trust them to prepare my food. Needless to say this store is terrible, and I’m never buying from Edible again! They have such bad advertising and business practices.

Tip stealers !
When you order for delivery they take all the tips for them and none for the driver. If you order for delivery beware your order will be very very late.

I have been trying to contact this store since March 19th, as I had received a smaller size arrangement than I purchased, and have yet to hear back from anyone after many phone calls and emails. I have tried calling corporate and was told that the arrangements do not always look like the pictures seen online, I fully am aware of this. Although they may not looking the same, they are supposed to have to correct amount of fruit and the one I purchased did not. The customer service at this store is disgraceful!

I ordered fruit box( banana,apple,pineapple and strawberry) I needed a same day delivery where I want to surprise my bf when he comes home. So yes, he was surprised and happy. He said the chocolate was delicious. Thank you edible for helping me for my sudden surprise plan.

Have purchased edible arrangements many times in the past! Bought 2 boxes of a dozen chocolate covered strawberries at Budd Lake, NJ location. When I picked them up and they ran my card, they charged me double. They said prices went up and didn’t honor the price shown in the book I chose from in the store!! Total ripoffs!!! Will be going to Sweet Expressions in Denville!! Much better quality anyway!!!

I ordered a same-day delivery from the Budd Lake, NJ store. First, they were out of pecans - which is fine - but the driver called the recipient of the order twice to confirm a substitution for the pecans. This ruined the surprise of an arrangement going to the recipient's house (it was supposed to be a surprise). They should have gotten ahold of me, the customer, first. When I finally did get a chance to speak to the person from that Edible Arrangements location, they were extremely rude to me. The recipient said they spoke to him in that same manner which is what makes me angriest. Second, I specifically put on the delivery instructions to knock and ring the bell at the recipient's address & if no one answers to just leave it on the stoop. Instead of just following the instructions, they again called the recipient (instead of me) and went on and on about how they "aren't responsible if it gets stolen by leaving it outside" etc.; very rudely, once again. By simply following the directions I provided them with, we could have avoided them calling the recipient of this arrangement THREE times. The recipient was very angry that they were disturbed at work and now I am angry because I too was disturbed multiple times at work. This could mostly have been avoided had they (first) followed my instructions (then) called me, the paying customer, with any issues. Now, I'm out $45 for one of the worst customer experiences ever. I definitely will not be ordering from Edible Arrangements for a long time; especially the Budd Lake, NJ location.
