I ordered fruit box( banana,apple,pineapple and strawberry) I needed a same day delivery where I want to surprise my bf when he comes home. So yes, he was surprised and happy. He said the chocolate was delicious. Thank you edible for helping me for my sudden surprise plan.

Have purchased edible arrangements many times in the past! Bought 2 boxes of a dozen chocolate covered strawberries at Budd Lake, NJ location. When I picked them up and they ran my card, they charged me double. They said prices went up and didn’t honor the price shown in the book I chose from in the store!! Total ripoffs!!! Will be going to Sweet Expressions in Denville!! Much better quality anyway!!!

I ordered a same-day delivery from the Budd Lake, NJ store. First, they were out of pecans - which is fine - but the driver called the recipient of the order twice to confirm a substitution for the pecans. This ruined the surprise of an arrangement going to the recipient's house (it was supposed to be a surprise). They should have gotten ahold of me, the customer, first. When I finally did get a chance to speak to the person from that Edible Arrangements location, they were extremely rude to me. The recipient said they spoke to him in that same manner which is what makes me angriest. Second, I specifically put on the delivery instructions to knock and ring the bell at the recipient's address & if no one answers to just leave it on the stoop. Instead of just following the instructions, they again called the recipient (instead of me) and went on and on about how they "aren't responsible if it gets stolen by leaving it outside" etc.; very rudely, once again. By simply following the directions I provided them with, we could have avoided them calling the recipient of this arrangement THREE times. The recipient was very angry that they were disturbed at work and now I am angry because I too was disturbed multiple times at work. This could mostly have been avoided had they (first) followed my instructions (then) called me, the paying customer, with any issues. Now, I'm out $45 for one of the worst customer experiences ever. I definitely will not be ordering from Edible Arrangements for a long time; especially the Budd Lake, NJ location.

I had a great experience with the Budd Lake store. They went out of their way for me on the delivery date. Very personable staff answering the phone. Will use them again.

I had placed a order on 11/21 for 11/23 delivery as a suprise for a family member. I spent $95.00. On 11/23 at 11 pm I asked her if she received a delivery and she told me nothing was received . The tracking said delivered with no time stamp. I am mad I had spent that much money and it wasn't recived and am disappointed as this was the first time I used edible arrangements. I will not be ordering again.

Unfortunately I had to throw the fruit arrangement directly in the garbage. The arrangement was not delivered by properly Marked delivery vehicle, it was delivered by a very unprofessional disheveled looking driver in a beat-up old car. there was no bow or safety seal on the package and the string that held the cellophane shut was very obviously undone and retired a few times. I am not interested in a replacement please send flowers next time.

The sales rep, Thomas, was very efficient and friendly on the phone. The delivery to the convent for Salesian Sisters was prompt and my daughter was very happy to receive it on her bday.

They were easy to work with, but didn't let me know that the person I was sending the arrangement to was not going to get it the day I had set it up for because they were not going to be home. It would have been nice to know that.

Website says open til 6 and I placed an order to pick up at 5.... well they really close at 5 but I didn't arrive until 530ish. They took care to hand to a nearby business so that I could still pick up when I arrived. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness and willingness to go above and beyond for my order! Thanks edible arrangements employee!!!

If there was a way to provide a lower score, I would. On May 14th, we received a text at 10:30am that morning stating our order was ready. I arrived an hour later to pick it up.Upon my arrival, your store had the printout of the order, but could not find the order.After waiting for 20 mins, I realized the order was never ready and had to be arranged while I waited. Once it was ready, no explanation or apology was provided by this establishment.When I brought the box home for my wife, she called my daughter to thank her. When I first noticed the items in the box, several of the cheesecakes were cracked along the side. I can only imagine this was done in a hurry to get the order out and applied more pressure than needed to put strawberries on top of each cake.My daughter also asked her Mother, "Did you read the note?" There was no note on the box.I called the store to discuss this on May 15th and during this conversation, was provided the Manager's email address. I sent the email on the same day and did not here back from the Manager and called back on May 26th. The rep was surprised and apologetic that I never received a reply back and would take immediate action and call me back later on that afternoon. Again, to this date, no response. Hiding behind your email/phone, shows your lack of professionalism.I know this is one of your busiest times of the year, no one expects you to be perfect, but if you make a mistake, own up to it.

The original delivery driver got lost and I had to meet them to pickup my order (despite paying for delivery). I was going to write a complaint the following day, but before I could do that they had an additional edible arrangement shipped to my house. I very much appreciate the proactiveness in trying to right a wrong and owning up to the mistake. Will definitely be returning.

I can't say enough about the professionalism and excellent costumer relations exhibited by this particular business.The arrangements were fresh and beyond delicious. I would sincerely recommend this establishment and give them a resounding thumbs up!!

Our team wanted to send something to our boss who recently had surgery. Everyone loves edible arrangements so we chose a nice bouquet. However, there was a storm coming that could have prevented delivery and they called us to let us know they could deliver early to make he got it. It was great to see how customer focused they were. Thanks for making our boss’s recovery that much sweeter.
