“I switched phone carriers after 30 years with Verizon. The “loyalty discount” meant paying 3x more and lousy customer service. I walked into TMobile on Stiger St in Hackettstown and the usual after holiday crowd made me second guess my timing. I was met by Ange who walked me through the products, the transfer and assured me I would not lose any contacts or picture. He made it easy, he made me feel at ease and like we had whatever time was needed. He was able to briefly juggled several customer questions and simple needs while still being focused on working with me. He was able to explain the tech side of my new mobile phone in a manner I could understand. I wish so would have switched earlier and can’t praise this young man’s knowledge, demeanor and professionalism enough.”
“My girlfriend and I visited the Roxbury Mall today because we heard about the grand opening of a new Charleys Cheesesteak. Boy, were we glad we did! I had a nine inch Original Cheesesteak, which was out of this world! The steak was delicious while the cheese was melted to gooey perfection, and the onions were carmelized perfectly. And all of this deliciousness sat upon a magnificent roll that I could have eaten a dozen of just by themselves. I then had boneless chicken wings with mangohalapeno sauce. They were unbelievable and the sauce was sweet at first and then burst with a spiciness that was so wonderful! My girlfriend had the six inch Teriyaki Chicken. She usually only eats half the sandwich and saves the rest. Not today. She ate the whole thing, took a big bite of my Philly Cheesesteak, and finished off with a soft vanilla ice cream in a waffle cone. The service was the best I've received in a long time, and the owners were there making sure every customer had a great experience and would want to come back. I know they have sold my girlfriend and me, and we will be back!”

“I went to the 7-11 in the morning and bought a cup of coffee. The staff was very pleasant as they asked me how my day was going. On my way out, I accidentally left my phone at the store. I did not realize until about half way through my day that my phone was missing. I searched everywhere for it. Finally, I decided to ask the manager at the 7-11 if he had seen it. He had placed the phone in a safe spot and was awaiting my arrival. He gave me the phone and even offered my child a free candy! What an experience!”

“This Target is a very big store. I love that they have a big grocery dept in it. It has become a very convenient place to go to for one stop shopping for pharmacy needs to clothing & shoes to stop and get milk, bread, produce and other groceries to tide me over. The parking area is very big and plenty of room. It's easy to get in & out of. It's a perfect location.”
“I've purchased glasses here for 20 years. They never fail to have great service and prices. Since renovating the whole Walmart the vision center got smaller and frame selection is smaller than I recall, but there's still great options. I've never had a pair turn out remotely wrong.”

“It’s a 7/11, they have good taquitos and some stuff there to buy. No experiences here ever really stood out to me, and I liked their political party cups in the 2016 election. Their Redbox always had something to watch, and it was a gamble to see what kinda movie you were gonna watch.”
