The service at this FedEx location is very poor… they do not try to go above and beyond for their customers nor even try to understand their needs in a crisis situation. I would never recommend going there. They don’t even deserve a one star ⭐️

Horrible service. The day changed it's that they were making the delivery. Changed my day, waited all day, & they have come & gone. I live in an apartment. NO CALL. How the heck do I know he was here??? CAN NOT CALL BUDD LAKE. NJ HUB WHICH IS SO WRONG. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A CALL BACK OVER AN HOUR. I AM PISSED & WILL NEVER USE FEDEX AGAIN.

FedEx just constantly is dissapointing and poorly managed. I recently ordered an item from Pennsylvania (a state over from NJ, where its to be delivered) and for whatever reason through the shipping process it goes from PA, to Tennessee, then to jersey? I dont understand the route. Not to mention, my package was to be finally delivered today, only for “a request to change the delivery date” at 3pm. Can’t say myself nor friends/coworkers have had overall positive experiences with FedEx, which is a shame when paying for these shipping costs.

FedEx was supposed to be delivering my new cell phone, which requires a signature. I get apartment complexes can be tricky to navigate, but this is their job and we have gotten other packages from FedEx before without issue. But now that is is from this different shipping center, they can't handle it. They failed to deliver because no one was home, which was not true because my roommate was home all day. The picture they sent shows they went to the wrong building: obvious to me because it has white shutters, not black shutters. I called FedEx to tell them the driver went to the wrong place and to go to building 4 when they try again tomorrow. Now I just got the exact same picture again and saying they failed to deliver again. They clearly didn't even try again and take another picture. I have them side by side and they are the exact same picture. No way does the driver have the exact same shot from the exact same position with the exact same lighting. They clearly didn't try and did nothing with my comment from yesterday.

Ordered a life saving drug for a cat through my veterinary office that I work at, the company shipped overnight 3 days later still not delivered, and unfortunately when you call you can’t speak to a person. Hopefully the kitten doesn’t die. Shame on you FedEx. I might add delivery is in Budd Lake and was promised deliver yesterday between 1-3 and then before 5 and stayed at work til 6:30 and no package.

A smaller ship center, but efficiently run. Plenty of parking, easy to get to, and there's also a drop box outside. They also offer a limited supply of shipping items such as boxes and envelopes.

Absolute trash company. Every single other company I use has no issue EVERYTIME something gets shipped through this company it’s either lost, delivered to another house, delays by days, claim they can’t get up my driveway with a dusting of snow. Then when you call they say there’s no information and they have no way to talk to a driver and no supervisors on duty to talk too. It amazes me that fedex is still in business. Absolute trash and even worse customer service
