This is the best nail salon! I had tried so many salons since moving into the area and my UV gel fill would always chip or break until I started coming here. Jackie does an amazing job and I am always happy with the outcome!

I think this place is one of the worse places i have ever went to. when i called, the lady started to laugh at me over the phone because i couldnt understand the times she was saying. Then when i went in at first everything seemed fine, then when i started getting my nails done the girl doing my nails made them supper thick. And she took an HOUR AND THIRTY MINUTES to do an acrilic fill in. i wasnt missing nails nor did i ask for something crazy. I missed an very important meeting because of that. im so pissed off. they look horroble and i spent an hour at home trying to fix them. Not only that they a ton of people in there just sitting there waiting the whole intire time i was there. and when i left they were still waiting. this place is awful. im never coming back.

We recently moved to the area, & I was looking for a top-rated nail salon, and Flanders Nails came up. I’ve been going for several months now for regular gel manicures and pedicures. All of my nail technicians have been great! I also appreciate that they offer a loyalty card; & they gave a complimentary lotion gift to their clients this past holiday season, which is a very thoughtful touch.

Sadly you make an appointment and they still make you wait . Don't mind waiting a few minutes but 30 minutes past your appointment time is not acceptable . Owner Jackie customer service is terrible . No apologies are given and she doesn't even acknowledge there will be a wait . This is not the 1st time this has happened . If it wasn't for Lisa my nail tech I would not be going back . Shame on Jackie

I had a very unfortunate visit recently to the salon. After calling to make my appointment, I arrived and was greeted by an older man that said he was doing my nails. as I sat down It became very evident that this man was not in a very good mood, having a bad day, Or something… I had explained to him that my current gel manicure felt a bit thin, so my nails felt as though they were going to crack or pop off. I had shown him that they don’t feel strong as well as communicated that. I also said that I like the shape I like the length I want to improve the durability of them. Got started and within a minute or so I noticed my middle finger nail was the shape of like Hershey Hershey kiss. So I apologize and stopped him and said I don’t think I communicated correctly. I’m sorry for the confusion but what I meant was the thickness of my nail and again showing him with my hands that they felt thin. He sighed heavily Clearly seemed very agitated with me for the situation. I apologize to him for the misunderstanding again and said is everything OK because he seemed very short. He didn’t respond and just went back to what he was doing, and started shaping the next nail in the shape of a Hershey’s kiss. And at that I apologize again and I said I think we’re still not communicating effectively here. I said it again. My hand and became agitated people in the salon were looking at what was going on. He began to say something to me that I didn’t understand and I Stopped him and got up and said I don’t need to take this. It is not right to take a bad day or mood out on a customer. The phone rang. He answered the phone. I said thank you I’m leaving. That was the end of it. I was absolutely shocked at how horribly I was mistreated at the salon, and all of the other patrons were staring with their mouse open at What was going on! In 20+ years of getting my nails done I’ve never been treated like that in any salon

Flanders Nail Salon is great! Jackie is so nice and very flexible. I have brought family members without appointments and she is very accommodating. The place is clean. I highly recommend.

Last week I went into this salon for a gel fill and a fix on 1 nail. Jackie was off so her husband answered and said he could help me. I got there and sat down, quickly realized that this man was in a very bad mood. I had explained that I liked the shape that they were and the length just wanted to fix the thickness of the nail. He was very short with me. I was completely confused as to why this was happening. I explained again that I felt like my nails were thin and needed more gel on them. I said they felt like they were going to break. I had already had one broken. He started and reshaped a nail to look like a Hersheys kiss?! I stopped him and said I think we're having a miscommunication when I said they felt thin. I meant the substance of them not the shape. He became very angry at this point, and it was clear to everybody in the salon that he was for some reason very frustrated with me. It got so bad that I got up and walked out. I have never done this in my entire life, but after asking this man to please stop taking his bad mood out on me and asking him what the issue is he was so rough nasty and inappropriate absolutely floored and how I was treated at this place.

Staff is not friendly at all, everyone seems unhappy working there. They definitely reuse and "wash" the foam pedicure flip flops because you can see them in the back hanging to dry. I also didn't see anyone clean and disinfect the bowl next to me when that person was done with their pedicure. I won't go back here again.
