Worse customer service from the store manger Alex. I ordered over 3700$ of laminate flooring and special orderCap A Tread. Waited three weeks for the delivery. The contractor started working on the project and towards the end , he noticed that Cap A Tread came in two different colors. So basically everything is done accept the last three stairs. When I went to the store. The store manager ALEX telling me that the company made a mistake . I trusted Lowe’s with this project which was my biggest mistake. The manger Alex was rude and unprofessional and offered rudely to order the pcs again, which will take again couple weeks. So now the contractor can’t finish and I have to bring him back in couple weeks and pay extra to finish the job. The compensation that the store was giving me was 18$ discount were every pc costs 60$. I honestly will never ever trust Lowe’s with any of my projects. It’s my first time opening Lowe’s card and use them for big project and it will be the last. A manger like Alex is the reason why I will not go back. I rather driver an extra 15 min to another store or Home Depot .

Lowe’s…. Not so much…. Their website said they had the vinyl floor we wanted in stock. When I arrived it was not in the location the website said. I asked for assistance and was told that it was just scheduled to go back to the DC. I asked if I could buy it instead. Without checking with a manger the aloof associate just said, nope it has to go back. I asked if since Lowe’s mislead me and I drove all the way to the store if they could honor the price on a slightly more expensive floor in the same color that was in stock. Again, quickly and without checking I was told, nope. She did say I could order the floor that I originally wanted (and in their back warehouse heading to the DC) and wait for 5-7 days….. thanks for nothing Lowe’s!!! Your lack of customer service is unbelievable. I mean even if the answer is no I would respect the associate if they went and asked their boss. I’d rather pay more from someone else….

Not a friendly store . No customer appreciation. Also they do not honor home sDepot pricing . Maggie is rude after she said she would match the price then her manager came over and instructed her not to match. I asked her the. Could you discount a little, in the past and based off my experience, Home Depot will. I mean she was a real bit and there is no other way to say, stay away from. Lowe’s in Flanders NJ.

Even though it's out of my way, I always look forward to needing to go to Lowe's. Better selection than any other hardware store. Competitive prices and the staff is fantastic. Very friendly and very helpful. My wife loves that we get special treatment with me being a Veteran. Keep up the good work and you'll always be my first choice.

Still the same but prices have gotten higher. I am buy more tools at Harbor Freight for much lower cost.I only come to Lowe's for items not available at Harbor Freight.

Gave up trying to get supplies for a new deck from the competition.THANK YOU MATT FOR HELPING ME FIND THE FASTNERS I NEEDED, YOU WERE SO PLEASANT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ALSO WANT TO THANK GEORGE AND THERESA "TESS" FROM BUILDING SUPPLIES. PLEASANT TO SPEAK WITH, SPENT TIME ANSWERING MY QUESTIONS AND OFFERED GREAT ADVICE. IM FINALIZING MY LIST TONIGHT AND PLACING MY ORDER TOMORROW. THANK YOU ALL FOR MAKING THIS SHOPPING TRIP SO EASY !!UPDATE: So there was a glitch, and this order was canceled. The issue had nothing to do with George or Tess. I received a message regarding the delivery date being changed. Reached out and UNFORTUNATELY HAD TO SPEAK WITH ASST MGR. BRIAN. THIS MAN CHILD PROVIDED INCORRECT INFORMATION, WAS RUDE, AND REALLY NEEDS SOME TRAINING. I was told originally my items were in stock, the error was detected and Tess worked with the Butler store and scheduled to have my order picked up and brought to Mt. Olive for delivery to my home as scheduled. I was told it never shipped from Butler. I asked Brian to reach out to Butler to see if I could have my original delivery date. HE REFUSED, SAID MY ORDER WITH MT.OLIVE WAS CANCELLED AND HE HAD NO CONTROL OVER WHEN BUTLER WOULD DELIVER. WHEN I QUESTIONED THIS HE RESPONDED "IM GOING IN TO DO THREE INTERVIEWS AND DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS". I drove to Butler where I was assured the materials had been picked up yesterday by Mt.Olive. I shared my struggle with Zuly and Scott from Butler. They immediately arranged for materials to be delivered from their store on my original date. There are professional, kind people everywhere and the there are BRIAN'S. I returned to Mt. Olive and had the displeasure of meeting Brian in person. He was just what I expected. He denied having my order, denied it was picked up and didn't even think of going to the back for a look. BRIAN NEEDS TRAINING. I WISH HE COULD BE OBSERVED BY CORPORATE, BRING BACK SECRET SHOPPERS...WEED OUT THE BRIANS.Update: look Brian, Scott from the Butler store did your job.

Went to Lowe's with hubby. He bought construction goods, I bought a porch door mat and played with Christmas & Holiday items! Monday night, staff were present and helpful. A good trip.

Terrible customer service. Bought Irwin wire cutters which package says lifetime warranty. Cutter blade cracked tried to exchange or return but they said it was more than 90 days and I would have to return to Irwin . I’m an electrical contractor and Lowe’s lost my business over a $30.00 tool . Anytime I have a tool from HomeDepot go bad they exchange it no problem. Do not buy Klein tools from them cause when they go bad they won’t honor lifetime warranty.Pathetic

Not sure if it’s an individual store policy but regardless the changing in policies will make me go somewhere else. First their return 30 day return policy is bad. I wanted to buy my son’s Christmas gift and if wanted to change it by that time he would not be able to. They also don’t provide a gift receipt and will only provide a duplicate receipt.

Horrible when help needed. No one is around. Went to customer service to get help and the lady was rude. There should be 2 people working. When the 2nd person came over she was nasty.
