I purchased a GE Profile dishwasher. The installers damaged the top keys and they made it worse by trying to fix it with Mr. Clean Magic Eraser which made it worse. The dishwasher was drilled into the upper countertop thus suspended in the air underneath. The cancel key does not work and the soap container does not let the soap out. I immediately reported the installation issues and was informed a new machine was ordered and should be approximately a week. It has been at least 3-4 weeks and not machine. The sales person does not return my call and the manager does not return my calls. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOWES. I want to return the malfunctioning and damaged dishwasher only to be ignored. Be wary when you see the 4.5 stars. It is only because you need to give at least one start. ALso every time I go to the store there are no customers and no one on the floor. It is a ghost town. STAY AWAY!!!

The store is clean and bright but God help you if you need to deal with their Customer Service or delivery. Once on phone on hold fir over 90 minutes to straighten out a missing item. When I finally spoke with someone they promised a refund. Still waiting Today I was expecting another delivery. Was scheduled to be here by 5:30. Just past 5 they called and said new time is now 9. When I called I was told there were still 3 stops ahead of me Sorry for the "sudden" change

Twice now I've purchased major appliances at the Mt. Olive Lowe's... there won't be a third. First time was a dishwasher... promised a quick delivery since it was apparently in stock... weeks went by no communication and no delivery... I was treated like crap by a woman who worked in that department and I demanded to speak to the store manager... issues never resolved so I cancelled the purchase. Bummer. Now I purchased a new fridge because I needed one desperately and they were the only store with one in stock... but it turned out to be damaged so no go... and was promised one in a week... but the delivery day is now estimated to be 3 weeks out. No apologies... no communication, no accountability. Oh and you will die of old age before any one will offer in store assistance... you need to hunt around for someone who will make sure that you know how much of a favor they are doing you to just do their jobs.

I traveled 33 miles to this Lowes to purchase a countertop, cabinet, vanity and mirror for my bathroom remodel because the Lowe's closes to me was out of stock. I placed the items on hold for pick-up later. Before I made my second trip to pick up the items, I checked on-line, and found that the Matamoras store had the items in stock, and the cabinet was $120 cheaper. I used the "chat" online option, and the representative said there would be no problem to have the Flanders store perform a price match, rather than cancel the order and do a new purchase at Matamoras. I printed out the online cart, that clearly showed the prices. When I placed everything on a dolly and went to customer service, they refused to honor the price from Matamoras. I asked to speak with the Assistant Manager (Jamie), who was unmoved and refused to make the price change, because the Matamoras store was "too far away". I took the items at the original cost, and drove to Matamoras, where the customer service was great, and had no problem receiving the price match. If you go to the Flanders location, don't expect them to follow corporate policy or professional service.

The worst experience ever! Took forever to complete purchase, when it finally came, they could not install. Credit applied, was not the full amount paid and took multiple calls to get the full refund. Credit card services don't pick up. The store is not the most pleasant to deal with either. 3rd time I try to use Lowe's and the last!

Couldn't get what I needed at the other place so I drove the extra 20 minutes to get to Lowe's. They had the parts I needed to fix my sink. They usually have what I need and I don't have to wait weeks for it to come in. Just wish it was a little closer to both houses.

The Lowes home delivery and installation service (XPO) are absolutely the worst! I waited 2 days for my appliances to be installed and when they said they showed, they said they were in my driveway, they never got out to ring the door bell. I don’t believe they ever showed because there were 4 adults in the house all day ! They never showed and now my appliances are sitting outside my back door ! I am so disgusted that I am returning the appliances! This is terrible customer service. Very unhappy customer

Horrific experience at Lowe’s in Mt. Olive NJ..... I left the store in tears, defeated and not understanding why I was treated like that. I didn’t buy what I came for because the worker there felt “superior” to me and refused to cut the rug in the size we needed ( by the way, we were going to pay the full amount, just need a specific cut) I was going to just go home and cry, then my daughter suggested Home Depot in Ledgewood. bought a washer and had it delivered and installed and taken the old one away. they got here and said they couldn't deliver it because they couldn't get up the road because the lift on the truck scrapped the road. then after calling lowes and the company that lowes (xpo logistic) uses to deliver they came up the road. then i was told they couldn't get the old washer out the door. I told them to turn the washer sideways and it fit right out. then xpo guys told me thhe hose was too short even though there was an extention was there attached to the old hose. then they couldn't attached the new hoses because the connection was rusty then they left without closing the door almost letting the dog out will never buy any thing that I need delivered or assembled or hooked up from lowes or will NEVER have xpo at my house again.

great experience with customer service at the flanders lowes store. i made an online order for a snowblower 1 day before the snowstorm. when i came in to pick it up, the snowblower had a different price tag attached to it, which was $70 less than what i paid online. associate Sandy and store manager Jay worked with me and refunded me the price difference. they were pleasant the whole time and made sure i was pleased with my purchase. 5 star customer service.

I am so disappointed in the disregard for the handicapped at the Lowe's in Mt Olive in the trade zone. For the last 6 or more months they have only 1 functioning handicap scooter. My husband live close to that store which is our go to store. I've written to the store and called the manager but nothing is done to accommodate those that need a scooter such as my husband. When I called to complain I was told by the manager that they have 2 scooters. I responded by saying "No you don't , you have 1 scooter because the second scooter has been broken for a year".We had to get back in our vehicle and drive to another Lowes.

I recently went to this location to purchase a shed. They were out of stock, I was fortunate enough to get to work with manager in the garden center. The manager took my contact information and to my surprise followed up with me a month later. I believe her name was Jen, but I thought an excellent customer service and I was very impressed with the later feedback. Thank you for your superior customer service.

My wife and I were in lowes on 7/3/20. We were looking at appliances. Everything we looked at was filthy dirty. It's kind of like a car showroom lowes. You should keep everything shiney . Sells more. Just sayin
