Took my dog in to get groomed, did the full package that was supposed to include a bath, brush, teeth cleaning, anal expression, nail trimming and sanitary hair trim. All she got was a bath, and maybe her nails trimmed. I asked if they got a lot out of her anal expression and the person grooming her looked confused and said she didn’t do it. We checked when she got home and none of her paws were trimmed, and she was still kinda wet. So make sure you verify your services you paid for are actually done. Otherwise, good experience there in the retail portion.

We’ve been taking our doodles to Barry and he is fantastic! He really takes his time and I appreciate his patience with our big dogs! Our dogs have never looked better! Thanks Barry and we’ll see you soon!

Ordered online for same day delivery because I don’t have time to get to the store this week.
Specifically ordered cat grass. Received 2 dead, brown wilted and dried out $20 cat grasses. What is wrong with the person picking them out?! You guys don’t look at your inventory?! Disgusting!
I had to call the 800 number which was another 40 minutes so they could figure out how to fix it because apparently they can’t return “live” items. Even though the grass was so beyond dead it’s already reincarnated as a future Petsmart manager! Hopefully this manager does better than the last.

We had such a fantastic experience at PetSmart recently! Shannon did an absolutely wonderful job grooming our dog — he looks like an English Cocker Spaniel again! This is hands down the best cut he’s ever had. Shannon was not only professional and attentive, but you could tell she genuinely cared about making our pup look and feel his best.
Also, a big shoutout to Mike at the register — he was so friendly and welcoming. It's rare to find such great customer service across the board, but everyone at this location made our visit a pleasure.
Highly recommend both Shannon and Mike — thank you for making our visit such a great one!

Everything as always went nice and smooth. Upon arrival Alexandria gave Pixie a good check over. Pixie had not been groomed for a while so her hair was long. When I picked her up she was a new dog. You could tell she was happy with her grooming. On the way out to pay and to my car. People were saying what a beautiful dop Pixie is. The older gentlemen at the cash register gave me a scratch off and explained the rewards program to me.

About a month ago I started buying feeder gold fish for a pond at my mother in laws house. There are no other fish in the pond so we wanted to give the lucky few that got selected a new life. I asked the employee to please make sure they fish were alive as they wouldn’t be used for food and was ignored and given a bag that had 4 dead fish floating in it. I decided at 23 cents a fish it was not worth the head ache of trying to ask the clearly annoyed employee for new fish. I walked into today for some snails for my tank at home and the same employee was working the fish section again. I stood in the area for 15 minutes and watched 3 other costumers come through stand at a tank and even look at the employee who was cleaning empty tanks. Giving them space as they clearly were working I waited and waited and they never acknowledged me or asked if I needed anything. 3 times I made eye contact with them and nothing. Normally I would just ask for help but since I have had multiple experiences with this person I knew all I would get was attitude. Unfortunately i left empty handed witch is the 4th or 5th time I have done so in the past month as the employees seem to not care if you need assistance. I recommend going to a different store all together for any aquatic needs.

The grooming salon has inconsistent hours- they are constantly changing and makes it difficult to schedule my dog for grooming.??

DO NOT TRAIN WITH MICHELLE. I have had the worst experience with the store managers and the trainer Michelle. Michelle was incredibly unprofessional towards the end of my training. I took almost all trainings with her and by the end of my training completion she just changed. she was not the good professional caring trainer. complete night and day just turned into a straight b****. no clue what she was going through but do not bring it into your work and throw it on your "clients". it's incredibly unprofessional. by the end I was very uncomfortable and her lack of respect negatively impacted my dogs performance and added on stress. she still owes me two training sessions. I refuse to put my dog in an environment that makes us uncomfortable to fulfill my trainings. I asked to get a refund for the last two classes. the trainer herself (Michelle) advised I take my dog to someone else because how uncomfortable she made me feel. they also have a wall in the training ring where you can put your dog photos up. Well, once I discussed my feelings on my trainings with management and expressed how unhappy I was with Michelle. Michelle then threw out my Polaroids of my dog. I went in a week later asking for the photos and no one knew where they mysteriously went?? which continues to show the lack of professionalism. really, how old are we?- get over yourself and don't touch things that are not yours. it's not yours to decide whether or not the photo stays, especially since there are multiple trainers that allow the photos up. on A happier note-I also trained with steph. STEPH WAS GREAT AND I HAD GREAT EXPERIENCES. overall it is very dissapointing how badly management handled everything and dealt with the trainer and assisting in a refund or transfer to another petsmart. That just don't give a shit. Again, I don't like to negatively bash anyone or company on a review. But I seriously need others to know what kind of experience I went through because the last thing I want is another owner to experience what I went through with that trainer Michelle. Not sure if she trains there still but just steer clear from her classes. Don't waste your money.
