DO NOT TRAIN WITH MICHELLE. I have had the worst experience with the store managers and the trainer Michelle. Michelle was incredibly unprofessional towards the end of my training. I took almost all trainings with her and by the end of my training completion she just changed. she was not the good professional caring trainer. complete night and day just turned into a straight b****. no clue what she was going through but do not bring it into your work and throw it on your "clients". it's incredibly unprofessional. by the end I was very uncomfortable and her lack of respect negatively impacted my dogs performance and added on stress. she still owes me two training sessions. I refuse to put my dog in an environment that makes us uncomfortable to fulfill my trainings. I asked to get a refund for the last two classes. the trainer herself (Michelle) advised I take my dog to someone else because how uncomfortable she made me feel. they also have a wall in the training ring where you can put your dog photos up. Well, once I discussed my feelings on my trainings with management and expressed how unhappy I was with Michelle. Michelle then threw out my Polaroids of my dog. I went in a week later asking for the photos and no one knew where they mysteriously went?? which continues to show the lack of professionalism. really, how old are we?- get over yourself and don't touch things that are not yours. it's not yours to decide whether or not the photo stays, especially since there are multiple trainers that allow the photos up. on A happier note-I also trained with steph. STEPH WAS GREAT AND I HAD GREAT EXPERIENCES. overall it is very dissapointing how badly management handled everything and dealt with the trainer and assisting in a refund or transfer to another petsmart. That just don't give a shit. Again, I don't like to negatively bash anyone or company on a review. But I seriously need others to know what kind of experience I went through because the last thing I want is another owner to experience what I went through with that trainer Michelle. Not sure if she trains there still but just steer clear from her classes. Don't waste your money.

Come adopt plus and minus a bonded pair of kittens. 10/15/2023. They are a sweet pair of snuggle bugs. Hey if not this store has all your pet supplies needs. The staff was very nice.

Rude and unfriendly employees who returned my sweet cat back soaking wet and terrified after his grooming service!!! He’s been hiding scared to come out for hours since returning home when he’s usually a lively, playful, and sweet cat. Will not be returning EVER and am feeling very disgusted by whatever those monsters did to my poor cat. We’ve been to plenty of other Petsmarts before for grooming services but have never had an experience like this! I hope your establishment gets ruined by a natural disaster, shut down due to all the damages and you all go broke and unemployed for the rest of your scum lives!

They did a great job grooming my cat. Had to take care of some hair matting and got a shave and bath.

I loved! I took my dog for a trim, hair brushing, nail trim, and mouth brushing! she was very cute. the lady who works there is very helpful and very affectionate with my dog!

I always have a great experience at this store. Store is clean and well organized. They did not have what I was looking for (which I knew from checking online before I visited) but i was in the area so i wanted to double check. However, the team in the aquatic department were very helpful in suggesting solutions for what I needed. Thank you

They never greet you or either provide assistance to find a product. The floor is always stained, bad smell, and I never see an associate cleaning the the floor. The reason I provided a 3 star the products are organized and one of there cashier's provided me good customer service.

I had an appointment for grooming at 8am and store wasn’t open, why do they not have someone there at that time. I waited 20 minutes, no show. I left.

This PetSmart in Flanders always has the best selection of Bird Food anywhere and for that they have my appreciation. It's a plain and simple fact that not all Pet stores are created equal especially when it comes to their on hand inventory. Lately [especially lately], I find myself having to travel all over the countryside just to locate certain supplies that my Pets need in order to thrive. So at least I know this store has my bird food situation covered. Come And Get Your Pet Shopping On!!
